Stayed Jul 1, 2022The house feels like brand new. Everything was fresh and the place was very clean. It is a bit from town so if you do not have a car it will be inconvenient. The kitchen was a little sparsley stocked as far as pots and pans, etc. but there were enough dishes. If this place had a washer/dryer it would be perfect! Would recommend for a long term stay if you have a vehicle.

Stayed Jul 7, 2022The property is clean, spacious, and with most of the amenities you could want for an extended stay. I stayed here with my partner and his father, who is elderly and disabled, along with our dog. There is access to the back yard for you or your pet to hang out (not directly from the duplex, but you can access via the gate on the side). The bedrooms, closets and bathrooms are spacious . I would not recommend this for longer than a long weekend stay as there are no laundry facilities available, but other than that this place was perfect. The grocery store is literally two minutes from the house, and the proprietors have a little book there with all kinds of recommendations for local food, fun and sights to see. I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend!

Stayed Jun 22, 2022We were last minute trying to book our place for our kiddos World Series and all of the hotels that would allow pets were booked. I found this gem on VRBO. We were able to bring our pet which was a huge plus but once we got there and saw the place we were absolutely thrilled! It is a very comfortable and quiet house and neighborhood. The property and home were very clean and the communication with the owner was excellent! I would highly recommend if you are in the Pensacola area. We give 5 Stars!!
