    Kiddy and the entire team have consistently been amazing hosts and provided a hospitable and comfortable experience throughout our stay. From ensuring we have a smooth check in process to turning on the heating ahead of time so we arrive to a toasty and warm house, they have ensured and guaranteed a return customer! As for the place itself, with amazing sunrise and sunset panoramic views right by the water, there's nothing more you could ask for. And yet, it exceeds expectations with all amenities you could need just a few steps away in district docklands alongside a free tram line right opposite the building. For anyone looking for a luxurious stay for a large group, this is a must book. Thanks again for accommodating us, hope to visit again! :)

    I am so glad I found this apartment. It was perfect for me to celebrate my 60th Birthday with my children and grand children. The location is great with the trams just out the front door. Chipmunk indoor playground a 2 min walk, is just around the corner. A short walk and you will find loads of restaurants including the Pancake parlor. I would 100% recommend this apartment.

    Great for larger groups, close to Marvel stadium, bars and restaurants. Property had amazing views, was clean and easy to organise

    Apartment for the price was very disappointing. Carpet stained badly throughout, wardrobe door in 1 room missing, used soap bars in showers, bathrooms/showers not cleaned properly, crumbs in toaster, dishes left in dishwasher, dirty dishes in cupboard, no wine glasses or mugs, no proper rubbish bins for 8 guests, had to wipe down tables inside and out before use, cup marks on bedside tables, no milk, tv cabinet very dusty, nails visible from broken skirting pelmets. 2 hand towels for 8 people 2 nights. Rather disappointing for $$ paid

    An excellent property with ready access to the city. Very comfortable with facilities to match. The only improvement I can suggest is to add more to the cutlery & crockery/ utensil items for larger group bookings.
