Stayed Dec 30, 2024This is not a well-maintained extended stay hotel. Breakfast was a nice added feature. The staff was very friendly. The hot tub appeared to not work-no steam when it was 47 degrees and had green water. We did not use the pool. We did not trust chemical levels would be checked based on the cleanliness of the grounds. We never found the grill that is pictured. The pool picture is a stock photo from the company - same picture in their Cleveland area listing. The fitness center is an 8x8 room with a treadmill, elliptical, and half a dozen hand weights. The coffee is not available at all times as listed, and bottled water is only available for a fee. The kitchen in the unit has very minimal cookware, glassware, and dishes(2 of each item) and we found half of what was there to be dirty. There was no cookware/cookie sheets to use in the oven at all. No left over supplies we have become used to with VRBOs like coffee filters, salt, pepper, etc. Agian, this should not be a VRBO listing. It should be on Hotels.com as a medium to lower quality hotel.
