Stayed Nov 28, 2025Nice hot tub, pool, game room. The room has a beautiful ocean front view with balcony and the room was clean and had evening we needed. Bill was quick to respond when we needed help with questions and we will definitely be back! I truly enjoyed staying here for my birthday. We love Daytona and this was close to everything we wanted to do!

Stayed Nov 8, 2025Very clean. Beautiful oceanfront view from the 8th floor with balcony. Large heated pool. Spacious for the 2 of us. Close to Daytona Beach pier (Main st).

Stayed Nov 23, 2025Host was great ! Good communication and great welcome email with all pertinent information about door codes parking and access to amenities. Condo is in a great location plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Full oceanfront view from balcony for beautiful sunrises and great view of sunsets from the entryway which faces west ! I wish all owners were as well organized and professional as the owner of this condo.

Building located close to restaurants and some attractions.This was the first time renting from this owner. We will definitely use his unit again.
