harmless from any claim, including those of third parties, arising out of or in any way a

result of the guests use of the premises or items therein.

Agent cannot be held responsible for: The failing of any other company due to

said company’s error or service interruption (i.e. electricity, water, gas, satellite,

cable etc). Acts of neighbors such as: Construction, road repair, and

maintenance or act of god (weather). However, Agents agree to do all that is

humanly possible to remedy any issue as quickly as possible. Agents reserve

the right to enter property at any time to investigate disturbances, check

occupancy(if there is any indication that more people staying at the property than stated

on the reservation), check damages, make repairs, alterations and improvements.

Adequate notice will be given to the guest in such instances, unless emergency

situation arises.

Every guest under the age of 21 in addition to completing and signing this form

with Photo ID attached must have their parent/legal guardian do the same.

Absolutely no parties/group gatherings are allowed on the property.

• Towels are for in house use only, and are not permitted for beach use.

• Any and all missing or damaged towels/linens will have a charge of $35 each.

• NO UNSUPERVISED children under 12 are permitted in the front deck area

• NO UNDERAGE DRINKING IS PERMITTED ON THE PROPERTY AND IS

GROUNDS FOR IMMEDIATE EVICTION.

• Emergency Service calls or disturbance calls to the property involving police

and/or fire department that result in fines, arrest, or citations will be handled at

the discretion if the property manager, and can include but not limited to

immediate eviction

    I had 13 men in this house for my bachelor party and we had an amazing time. The house was beautiful with views of the beach and Ocean City. I’ve been vacationing here my whole life and this property is one of the best I’ve stayed in simply because of the views and layout. Shawn was very responsive and pleasant throughout our communication. On a side note, the neighbors are awesome! I recommended 100% and would definitely go back.

    We stayed last year at the same location. There has been a significant amount of upgrading done ! New kitchen and appliances, flooring the house has nothing Pine planking and it Works well throughout the house, Since we stay for Thanksgiving, I think that the basic cleaning isn’t done, a few things that are a good thing, Beds are made with additional Blankets, there are a few issues regarding the Deck & balconies, however the Supplies to replace the Deck are there. So it seems that the Deck and Balconies will be addressed We enjoy the house and the location, it gives you a Sense of Summer, with The views, however there is a need for Basic Cable or a better connection instructions, there’s no live local Channel or standard channels,

    The only negatives would be for Seniors the Stairs and the Mattress and the Plastic mattress covers. You can’t get a better Location, sand from the Door to the Ocean! Fabulous Sun rise. Plenty of Room for Large Families A little pricey for the time of year! And the TV systems are complicated, every room is different and can get Standard Channels! The cleaning could be better, the Recliners are a Snack collector and needs to be opened and under and vacuum the sides! Heavy Blankets would be good for this time of year or let renters know that there are no Heavy Blankets. Otherwise this could be a New Holiday get away! Thank You for sharing your Property.

    What a gem of a place right on the beach! Lots of space for a large group to spread out and they are pet friendly. Highly recommend this place!

    The good news about this property is its location. Situated right next to the Hilton on the beach. Unfortunately, there is more bad news than good news. First of all, the owner charges $150 for a “beach necessity package“. What that means is he leaves the shed door unlocked and you get to use his beach chairs and umbrellas. Secondly, if the unit is ready early they hold you to a 4 PM check-in. If you want to check in earlier it’s $25 per hour. The unit is very outdated. Needs a lot of work. Very difficult to walk on the deck and stairs barefooted. Nails are popping out and wood is very dry and prone to splinters(which happened to my wife.) Nearly every other unit in the complex has already replaced their deck and railing. Not here. Carpeting throughout the house. Should have been replaced long ago with hardwood or laminate floors. Better for sand. In spots they also smell like cat urine. Listing also said bicycles are included. They are not. Curtains in a couple of rooms are completely shredded and some could not be opened or closed. Behind a couple of dressers we found a cup, an old toothbrush, a used sock and a washcloth. The listing should have mentioned that there are four levels to this home. You need to climb 15 stairs to get to each level. I was traveling with my 94-year-old mother and my in-laws. This property should be avoided for anyone who has stairclimbing issues. It’s pretty clear the money being made on the weekly rentals are not being reinvested back into the property.
