Want to experience direct beach and boating access on your next vacation Look no further than Gulf Shores Surf and Racquet 503B! Located directly across the street, enjoy a 2 minute crossover to private beach access! Take advantage of the first come first serve boat slips and have direct access to the lagoon! Enjoy the large outdoor pool & shuffle board/tennis courts that will keep you entertained during your whole trip! 503B is a 2 bedroom/2 bath unit (sleeps 6) comfortable for your family!



The Space:

**Beginning October 2026, the complex building is scheduled to recoated with paint throughout the month. The units will NOT be closed and you can still rent. The HOA does forewarn there may be some inconvenience of balcony usage during scheduled work time**



Upon entering the double glass doors into the complex, you can take the elevators up to 5th floor to access unit 503B (step by step directions to be given after booking)! After entering the unit, you will walk directly into the kitchen area which is fully stocked and has a bar top with barstools.



On the left handed wall within the kitchen is the laundry room with washer/dryer.



Just past the kitchen is the living room with balcony access overlooking Little Lagoon! The living room features 3 chairs and sleeper couch (sleeps 2).



The dining room seats 4 with barstools at the bar top.



Walk down the hallway to see the primary bedroom on the right and the 2nd bedroom on the left.



The primary bedroom features a queen bed with direct balcony access and an en-suite bathroom.



The second bedroom features a queen bed with bathroom right outside the bedroom door.



Guest Access:

All guests can enjoy the outdoor pool, tennis courts, and shuffle board areas! You can enjoy fishing off the dock piers if you bring your fishing rods! If you're wanting to bring a boat, you can take advantage of the first come first serve boat slips! Parking slips cost $25 per boat so you can store your trailer on site and use the boat launch on site!! There is no access to the Gulf Waters by boat! If you stay in this complex, you will only be able to use your boat on Little Lagoon! No access to the Gulf! Parking on site does require a parking pass for each vehicle. Each pass is $30 and each unit is limited to 2 passes. The parking lot does have security cameras to safely keep all vehicles in the parking lot. Both the vehicle and boat parking passes are purchased at the complex with either cash or credit card.

We will be available before, during, and after each guest stay to assist with any and all needs!
