Direct beach front and steps to Bridge Street

The property was actually much nicer than the pictures depicted. Parking was an issue daily. The description stated compact cars only but, different cars parked in our spot during the first couple days of our stay. The property is within walking distance of many restaurants. Had to contact the owner for check in info at check in time, which was a little unusual. Overall, the property was nice.

PERFECT location, steps to the beach right behind the property and a very short walk to Bridge St, restaurants and bars. Cute and very clean little one bedroom with a very comfortable bed, free parking, a Keurig, toaster, blender, beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, a hose right by the door to rinse off your sandy feet...everything you need! We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Wendy!! :)

I went into labor and couldn’t make it to Florida due to being in labor. They wouldn’t work out any refund or re schedule anything. Not very thoughtful, just in it for money not kindness

Hoise was just as advertised, location was awesome. Walk right out onto the sand !!!!! Perfect for the sunset watches !!!!

My husband and I have been coming to AMI for 5yrs now for our anniversary. This was our first time staying at Tangerine Dreams and it was absolutely perfect. Amazing location right near bridge street. Clean facility. Conveniant access to the beach. And the host was very accommodating, helpful and responsive. Already booking next year's trip!

We loved the location.

The property was exactly as listed, and perfectly situated on the beach. Upon arriving, my car got stuck in the sand. The owner Wendy happened to see us, and rustled up five people to help us push our car out of the sand. What a lifesaver! She was also flexible with me on a few issues that were very helpful. Please book this stay! A little help went a long way, and saved my day.

Long weekend getaway. Property was clean and tidy. We were on the beach or at the local restaurants and establishments all day, so didnt spend much time indoors by design. It was perfect for what we wanted to do.

Recently stayed here with my wife as a bit of a birthday celebration. The place was immaculate! We were a less than 2 minute walk from the town and the place is literally on the beach. My only regret is not staying one extra day. My wife did not want to leave.

Place was clean. Great location. Host was good. Only issue I had was the parking situation. Its a bit sketchy

We loved the location of this place! We walked to dinner and shopping every night and the beach was right out our doorstep. We would definitely recommend Tangerine Dreams.

Bottom line: This place was not for us. I believe the owner is very nice! I believe that the pictures make it look very different from what it actually looks like. It’s very small & Claustrophobic. We paid for 2 nights (+ all fee) & had to leave after the 1st night, as the bed hurt our backs & the couch is very old & tired as well, so that was not an option. When we 1st got there, we were very excited about the little town & fully believed that we would want to come back to the area, but in a different unit. The unit is directly on the road & you do not have DIRECT Beach access, even though it is a stones throw away to walk to the public entrance, but you do not have a place to sit outside & enjoy the sunset. no patio, no balcony. The view is the ladder laying down out the window. Many might like this place, but it’s not for us. Parking was Inconvenient & confusing at 1st. We were not given check instructions until after the unit was cleaned from the previous renters (requiring finding a place to pull over on our drive that had internet), but they DID allow us to check in early. The property is old & I think they did their best without having to spend much money . The only bathroom is TINY, Bedroom on the street… NOT FOR US.

This was a great stay, the property was close to everything, clean and was just steps away from the beach. Will defin return next year!
