Stayed Jan 14, 2026Great location in the Carrollwood area of Tampa. Traveling as a single woman, I felt so safe. Safer than in a motel. Iu was visiting family and this room was the ideal resting spot.

Stayed Nov 11, 2021We needed a place to stay for a business trip, and found this location. The room is very clean, comfortable, and quiet. There is a separate entrance so you aren't going through someone's home. Very happy with our stay.

Stayed Nov 7, 2025My husband and I stayed here for two nights for a wedding, and this was perfect for that. It's small, but has everything you need for a quick weekend when we just needed a place to crash to sleep for two nights. It's one room with a bed and kitchenette (fridge was helpful for leftovers) and then a full bathroom. Entrance is on the side of the house with a keypad entry. Instructions were timely and clear. Parking is off the street which is also nice. Occasionally we could hear noise from the main house, but pretty quiet and never for long or at night when we were trying to sleep. Overall, great stay.

Stayed Feb 7, 2025The room was very clean and had all of the amenities that you would expect in a hotel from shapoo to soap to towels and washclothes. There is even an extra blanket should you want one. It was very quiet and secluded and I didn't hear noise like you do in a hotel. The family was very nice and there was parking for my vehicle. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for somewhere to rest your head and get recharged. Yes, they even have a flat screen TV and a refrigerator. I was very happy staying here and I couldn't beat the price anywhere else.

Stayed Oct 24, 2024It was nice, clean, and had everything I needed. Some of the information needs to be updated, though. The driveway was redone, looks much nicer now. And the entry into the room is different, it says there's a key, but it's a digital pass code. Other than that, it was perfect. Thank you
