Stayed Jan 15, 2026This little apartment was a great size, new but no welcome book for wi-fi access as noted in “check-in” information from Evolve and the women’s contact information that was given never answered the phone when I called TWICE and she never called back, obviously knowing she had someone scheduled to stay 1/15 to 1/18/2026.Also, if you stay here, bring your kitchen with you or you won’t be able to really cook anything. I had to borrow a cookie sheet, a larger frying pan, large pot to cook noodles for spaghetti and a colander to drain the noodles. I always rent from Evolve when staying in Lake Havasu and have never rented a place with so little in the kitchen. But it was a cozy place to stay and I thank you for that and your prices are always fair!!!!!Thank you again, Evolve.
