    The property was nice and comfortable! but the provided toaster continued to trip the breaker every time it was used. This also shut off the refrigerator. Property manager did not answer messages to provide the location of the breaker box and it was time consuming to figure out on our own.

    She still hasn't improved the check in instructions. That being said, it was clean and comfy with everything we needed. It is in the middle of everything so expect street noise. We took advantage of the laundry which was convenient. Take note to watch your hot water. I made sure to boost everyday, but with 5 adult Americans we still ran out once.

    Terrific location - walking distance - 12-15 minutes to the Main Street of restaurants and shops. Grocery store right next door was super convenient. This property is cozy, and very clean & fresh. My husband has some mobility issues so we use a wheel chair for walking around. Though the elevator to get to this property was helpful, both bathrooms being upstairs in this property gave us a bit of a challenge. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

    Our family of 6 stayed at this location for 3 days for a long weekend. The property was very conveniently situated being a short walk to many of the sites. There was plenty of room for dinner and relaxing as a group too. The bedrooms all being on the same level was very helpful with younger children. We would stay here again on a future trip to Galway.

    The apartment was just as advertised. Terrific location, close to everything, including the train station and Eyre Square. Good beds, nice linens, good storage. We walked 3-5 miles each day, no need for UBER. We had problems with the washer and dryer. The management tried to fix the washer, but it took till the last day of our stay till it worked. The door wouldn’t open! We had planned our trip around the use of those appliances. We washed many things by hand. Then the dryer needed extra info, b/c in America we don’t empty water out of our dryers, they are vented outside. Directions to get into the apartment when we arrived was like being in an Escape Room! There is no hair salon beside where the key was stored, the door we exited from the garage said EMERGENCY ONLY - ALARM WILL SOUND! So, we tried every other door. Arrival info needs to be updated. Everything else was great. The management really tried to get the machine fixed, but not having it was a real disappointment. We would definitely stay here again.

    This place was perfect for our stay in Galway. The location was very central. Close to all main attractions, or a short walk or drive. The place was very clean and updated and was perfect for our family of five. I would definitely recommend it!

    The location to downtown Galway is excellent. You're two blocks from the main strip, yet you do not get the noise associated with the hustle and bustle. We enjoyed watching the ships come and go into port during our morning coffee. The beds were okay, in our opinion. The twins are cratered, which makes you feel like you are stuck in a hole. You do get to park in the parking structure close to the apartment, which allows you access to the apartment without having to bear the elements. But you will pay 20-30 euro a night, depending on how long your car is in the structure. Besides that, we would stay again. Galway is a fantastic town to spend time in.

    This generous apartment was fitted out nicely. We had a very nice time with 6 people. It's in easy walking distance to all the sights, shops and the night life with view on the habour. We could leave the car in the adjoining car park for 21€ a Day.
