Stayed Dec 13, 2019This apartment is in a great location being an easy walk to all the museums and churches. There are mostly local people so it has a nice atmosphere. It would be a good idea to have a guide to where things are in the apartment. ( I found the washing machine on the last day). For 4 people it would be a squeeze to fit. Perfect for a couple or two friends.

Stayed Mar 26, 2018My husband and I loved this apartment! It has everything you need for a comfortable stay in Florence. The location/apartment is quiet and away from all the main touristy areas of Florence, but still very convenient to everything you would want to do, making it easy to come back to for a short break after touring. It's about a 5 minute walk from the Ponte Vecchio but feels miles away. Lots of great restaurants and a grocery store are nearby. The apartment is equipped with modern conveniences including a small kitchen with just enough for eating daily breakfasts and a few meals if you didn't want to go out, (small refrigerator, dish washer, two burner stove top), washing machine (no dryer, but there is a drying rack), and a very nice bathroom with a great blow dryer. And an elevator!!! (apartment is on the 6th floor). We spent four nights here and would definitely stay here again if/when we come back. Picking up and dropping of the keys was very easy and convenient by the train station (you don't have to be on a strict schedule to pick the keys up). Questions with the owners were answered promptly prior to our visit and while we were there.
