Stayed Jul 3, 2024The location of this apartment was great. Pros: very nice apparent, well decorated. Nice-sized bedrooms and bathroom. Cons: need a bit of maintenance. Also, they provide only with 2 small toilette papers when we asked for one more they say no. There is no kitchen cloth or kitchen paper towels. So washing and drying the dishes was challenging. They provide only one Swedish dishcloth. Not even a drying rack! The apartment is on the second floor, on the street next to the building there are 2 restaurants and a theatre so at night you can hear the noises from the street (even with the windows closed.)

Stayed May 2, 2022It was clear that no one had checked out the apartment before we arrived because the refrigerator was broken, there were many items missing in the kitchen,.no paper towels or detergent or towels, or sufficient toilet paper. No basics like salt and pepper and olive oil, the air conditioning was hard to understand--hard to use instructions, tv channel remote not fully working,.etx. many annoying things. Help was select to fixing the fridge after one day and many other needs were ignored.

Stayed Dec 8, 2018The apartment is situated overlooking a busy square near the Teatro Cervantes. It is surprisingly quiet given this location and we were not disturbed at night even when the square was still bustling with people in the early hours of the morning. The apartment is well equipped and has plenty of space for two. We had a problem with the WiFi during our stay which was resolved the next day. I would recommend it to anyone planning a visit to Malaga.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This apartment had all of the amenities we wanted and the decor was beautiful! The location is very convenient to the center of Malaga and therefore close to an abundance of shopping and eateries. Fermin was there to greet us upon our arrival and to answer any questions we had about the apartment as well as the surrounding area. There was underground parking for our car as well. I would highly recommend this property to others looking for style, convenience and location!
