Del Parque Flats Alamos

Property is ideally located for easy reach of the centre of Málaga and had lots of bars/restaurants nearby. The apartment is clean and tidy and well enough equipped. If happily stay here again.

Our overall stay was not horrible, but we were very disappointed about the SERIOUS water leakage in the main washroom. Every day, water leaked from the light fixture in the ceiling of the main washroom. It filled up several buckets a day making that washroom unusable until the water stopped flowing. I'm talking A LOT of water...Pics are screenshots from a video I took.We notified the host a few times and were told it's condensation from the AC units. After adjusting the temperature of the units as instructed (even turned a few units off), the leaks persisted. I'm convinced it's due to poor plumbing from the unit above or other piping issues. The host kept telling us to collect/empty the water buckets and keep the AC units at the set temp. No one came to check the damage at any point during our stay.Also, the AC in the 2nd bedroom smelled like dirty feet while it was running so it was mostly left off. Otherwise the apartment was nice, comfy beds, very nice area (walking distance to downtown) and near bus stops. Conveniently located near pharmacies, grocery stores, bakeries, bars, restaurants, etc. Beach not too far either.The host was very responsive and let us check in early as the unit was ready/available (thank you!). The apartment had everything you need: coffee machines, toaster, basic kitchen equipment, washer, drying rack, hair dryer, AC units in all rooms, TV, dining area. Furniture was nice, modern and comfortable. Elevator access to the apartment.

Great location and you can walk to everything. House is very updated and great for 3 to 4 people. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.

We enjoyed staying in this sunny and bright apartment very close to Plaza de Merced. You have everything you need there. Be aware that there is a construction opposite the apartment building. Also there are issues with the noise in the living room from the street after 8PM. The bedrooms are quiet and you can sleep well. The beds are comfortable.All in all very good apartment.

We loved the location... it was nice to be just off La Merced square on a quiet street and yet the walk into town or to the port was short and easy. The apartment itself was very nice - we enjoyed having two bathrooms. I gave it 4 stars because - after staying for a month - we would have liked to have an oven. for cooking. Also, the king bed, while a nice size, was very hard and gave us backaches. We ended up having to sleep in the smaller second bedroom. If they replaced that mattress, we'd very happily stay there again.
