Spacious apartment located on the ground floor of a detached villa with a large landscaped park, shared swimming pool, and breathtaking views of the lake and the castle, in Soiano del Lago.



The apartment, equipped with free Wi-Fi internet, welcomes guests with a large and bright living room featuring a fireplace, a relaxation area with a TV (including German channels), and a dining table for 6 people. The living room opens onto a wide and bright porch with a large wooden table, offering a beautiful view of the hills and the lake.

The independent kitchen is equipped with air conditioning, gas hob, and all cooking utensils: refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, American coffee machine, electric kettle, microwave, and toaster.



The sleeping area, well separated from the rest of the house, consists of three bedrooms and two bathrooms: 2 double bedrooms with large wardrobes, 1 bedroom with two single beds and a crib for small children; the first bathroom with shower, sink, WC and bidet, and the second with bathtub, sink, WC and bidet.

Outside, in the large green park, there is a wide swimming pool with a splendid view of the lake and the castle. The uniqueness of this apartment lies in the large outdoor spaces and the pool, shared only with the apartment located on the first floor.

The property also includes a washing machine, iron and ironing board.



The apartment has two uncovered private parking spaces within the property.

The swimming pool is open from May 1st to September 30th.

A baby cot and high chair can be provided for a small additional fee.

Pets are not welcomed.

Air conditioning is available only in the kitchen, while all other rooms are equipped with fans.

To reach the ground floor apartment, it is necessary to walk up a short ramp of four steps.



Self check-in is available: a few days before arrival, all necessary instructions for autonomous access will be provided.
