A great experience. Flexible check-in arrangements. Very helpful instructions. Very close to everything.

The apartment is very spacious, clean, functional, and situated right inside of the historic center. Hosts personally welcomed us and ensured everything went well throughout. Oh, did I mention the air conditioning was a luxury with outside temperatures close to 40C? Thank you!

The place was nicely set up and clean. Great walkable location and lovely to have a little escape from the busyness of the city. Overall a great stay!

Cynthia’s Garden was excellent for my family of 4. It was very clean, comfortable and relaxing. The outdoor garden was great to relax in the morning with a cappuccino and the laundry - with a dryer - was great. The location is great, right across from a great bakery and easy walk to the main sights. Overall, we were very happy to use this as our home base in Tuscany.

Wonderful stay and I highly recommend this place to anyone lucky to book this place. Comfortable, clean, great communication, very good location in a quiet area but close to many sights. Having a washer and dryer was super helpful. We had a family of 5 that fit fine but you may have to sacrifice the living room sofa though we were hardly there to worry about it. The sun filled room, tall beautiful class doors and windows and beautiful garden added to the charm. Furnishings were great, beds comfortable and great towels. Also, her information booklet was very helpful and restaurant recommendations were great. Thank you for a fantastic stay!! So glad we found this place!

Quiet, quaint and well located property. The upstairs bedroom is unique and beautiful. Neighborhood is not touristy!

Cynthia's Garden saved the day! We had another Florence apartment booked months in advance that had to cancel on us at the last minute due to a bed bug issues. We were able to book this one right away and Sabrina was efficient and communicative with all of the information we needed. Sh met us at the apartment and walked us through everything. It has a lovely garden, and a washer and dryer which were both nice perks. Central, very clean and Sabrina was excellent. Highly recommend!

This was the perfect location to walk and experience all the things Florence has to offer! We enjoyed the garden in the mornings and late afternoons. The listing was exactly as described and the check in process was very easy. We highly recommend staying here!

We had a great stay at Cynthia’s garden apartment. The location was fantastic. Sabrina provided helpful information for a private parking garage close by. The apartment was very cute and perfect for our family of four. It was very quiet, tucked back in an interior garden area. The beds were also very comfortable. Sabrina was responsive and made the check in/check out process very easy.

We typically stay in hotels, but found this experience was perfect for our family for our trip to Florence. The apartment gave us a welcome escape from the heat and crowds. The amenities met all our needs and Sabrina greeted us in person to explain everything to our our minds at ease. Definitely recommend!

Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay in this cute home within 15-20 minutes of everything we wanted to do and see in Florence. This hosts were responsive and the home was clean, beds were comfortable. Our children (18 & 20) stayed upstairs. If you have little ones, I would be careful having them upstairs as the stairs are steep and narrow but with a good railing. Overall, we had a perfect stay and it was a nice way to start our vacation.

This is a beautiful apartment right in the heart of Florence. Gorgeous bakery around the corner, market a block away, and beautiful garden to enjoy the Italy experience. A must stay! Marco and Sabrina was helpful and responsive through the entire process!

Nice as advertised - roomy, comfortable and nice garden. Very private and quiet most of the time. sunny mornings are pleasant. Good bath and upstairs loft, while very steep and not too private would be good for younger ( 40) mates. Only one bath however. Downside is the noisy neighbor..who screams for 10-20 minutes every few days. What one might call a fishwife screaming - screaming at her family and their 4-6 year old who squalls most evenings. She is nice however -we waved at each other as she leaned out their window. Since we don't speak Italian we suspect it is money issues and no aural evidence of bodily harm. Oh and the clothes dryer is maddening to use.

The property was exactly as pictured. We loved our stay - the beds were so comfortable and the garden was so peaceful and beautiful. The host was very communicative and helpful. He even allowed us early check-in which was very appreciated after a long flight. We highly recommend!
