Boise, Idaho
This elegant basement studio apartment, originally built in 1938 and completely remodeled in 2020 restores the charm of years gone by while providing all of the modern comforts.
The home has high grade flooring throughout and a heated tile floor in the full bathroom. The living space is creatively divided from the sleeping space, ensuring comfort and enabling you to relax and unwind.
The charming mini kitchen meets the challenge of both form and function, containing everything you need for cooking meals during your stay including a countertop cooker, stainless steel fridge/freezer and a bistro table for 2.
Due to the age of the home and the fact that it is a basement unit, beware that you may hear footsteps from the hardwood floors from the tenants on the first floor.
We have also pulled all of the stops for your downtime in the home. A 55" TV is logged into Netflix, Prime Video Hulu, ESPN+ and Disney+.
In the shared back yard, you and your family can relax under the umbrella and enjoy the fresh air, immaculate landscaping and North End neighborhood charm.
The bed is a queen and the bedding is 1,000 thread count and was selected for maximum comfort.
The property was nice for a quick 2-night stay and in a nice quaint neighborhood. If you're planning on sleeping on the sofa-bed it is not the most comfortable in the world but also not the worst. It was a great stay overall.
We enjoyed the patio and the convenience of the location to visit neighboring friends. We didnt care to much for the bathroom door. Overall do able for what we needed
Nice and cozy basement apartment. Great location with easy parking. We did hear all the movement from the people in the apartment above.
Perfect little unit for a single person. Appreciated the amenities in this unit and felt the property manager did a great job communicating all details.
As advertised. Great location and perfect for two people. Close to Boise State and within walking distance of a few restaurants. We enjoyed our stay!
This was an excellent VRBO, with everything we needed for a fun mother/daughter weekend. The space is well thought-out, with a great sitting area with large TV with numerous streaming options, sleeping space with queen bed, and a cute little kitchenette with all the tools we could think of for simple meals and good coffee. :-) Bathroom with a huge shower and heated floors (!) was perfect, and even a washer and dryer. We don't know Boise well, but we were able to get around very easily from this central location (have to come back to try Westside Drive-In). Very clean and secure, and easy to access. Thank you!
We had a short overnight stay here and it met all our needs. Listing is reflective of what you will find. Delightfully surprised at the beautiful neighborhood it is located in. What character the homes have there. Be sure to make the walk, bike ride or short drive to the Hyde Park area too!
Very cute. All inclusive. I rented top and bottom unit and it was great. Couldn't hear anything in between units. Very private. Easy walk to cute shops and great breakfast place...Verify Also downtown Bacon was fantastic too!
Comfortable and clean. Great updated bathroom. Huge tv. Would stay again.
Prompt response and good customer service. Located in a good area and close to downtown. Small but perfect space for two people. Clean place. Overall a very good experience.
Good deal for the money. Good location (~20 walk to downtown, nice neighborhood). Responsive property management. Never met upstairs, separated tenants but no complaints.
Enjoyed our stay here with our 4 year old twins. They slept on the sofa bed, which I would not recommend for adults, it was comfortable for the kids though!
