Cute Downtown Apartment, Walk to University, Shops & More!

Very clean property with all the amenities. Owner was very accommodating to any requests made. Out of owners control is that Missoula has train noise at night.

Cute place for two of us. Big enough for a child too. Everything we needed was there and as advertised. Walking distance to some key drinking and dining establishments for those able to handle moderate physical activity. Or it’s a very short drive to most things downtown. Right around the corner from Black Coffee Roasting Co, great coffee and pastries and a nice environment.

Cozy spacious APT, near the River, the university, and a shopping center. Walkable to Missoula downtown and very reasonably priced. Excellent value comparing to a tiny hotel room. Kind and friendly owners. Seperated entrace provided excellent privacy. Enjoyed the local beer in the frig. AC or something else for the whole house is right outside bedroom window and can be noisy when running. You will find earplugs on the night stand though. It was manageable.

Super cute, perfect for our quick trip for a concert. Great coffee place you can walk to, convenient short drive to downtown. Everything was perfect, really cute decor, heater kept us cozy. There was even some local beer in the fridge!

The Jefferson House is perfect to a quick walk to downtown Missoula. When I come to visit my daughter I stay here. This stay was my 4th time. Clean and had everything I needed.

Meg, my host stood out as a warm, welcoming, very nice person. She was always available when I needed help. Very responsive and flexible too.The apartment was lovely. It had warmth and plenty of amenities. Walkable and used as a base to do all things Missoula in older part of town. Loved my stay!

Nice home

The apartment was exactly what we needed. Clean, tidy, comfortable, well appointed. Very convenient to the school, groceries, coffee and restaurants. Bed was super comfortable, and the shower was awesome! Great water pressure, and hot water almost immediately.

Meg was a fabulous host! We had a question and she was so quick to respond and assist. We ran into her a few times and it was like running into a longtime friend! Kind, hospitable and friendly! Definitely recommend and will be going again on our next visit to Missoula!!

Overall this was not a relaxing stay. Overall it is a cute property when you first walk in the door. They advertised it as a small unit... and it is. However, we thought it would be ok for a Mother/Daughter. After a long days drive to get there, a quiet relaxing evening was needed. However this was not to be. The TV can barely be seen from the couch (it wont pivot at the wall) . The neighbors were very noisy.... as in really loud. Like... the tv can be heard through the walls, the sounds of mom yelling at the kid(s) could be constantly heard, the sounds of the toilet flushing, the front door slamming and shaking the walls. The lights over the breakfast bar shook and swayed from the vibrations from running footsteps above. I realize it was one of the warmer days in Missoula and the unit doesn't have AC, but it really needed it. The fan provided has a timer on it causing it to stop in the middle of the night making things very uncomfortable. Opening windows is not really the answer since there is an operating railyard across the street. I guess with all things renter beware.

I enjoyed my stay! The property was well-appointed and decorated for an enjoyable, comfortable stay. Thoughtful attention to detail was evident throughout. Location was great, walking to Farmers Market and downtown was easy and fun. I definitely hope to book again next summer!

I was in Missoula for a week of work, skiing at Seeley Lake (highly recommended), and exploring town. I really enjoyed my stay, clean apartment with plenty of room for 1-2. Fantastic bakery around the corner (Grist). It is located near an active train yard, but seemed part of the western charm.

Property is nice, clean and well appointed. However, property is advertised as a duplex which I assumed meant side by side living quarters. Nope, host is upstairs with a rambunctious child that partied well into the evening. I also did not expect heavy feet at 6am in the morning.

Very comfortable, convenient, warm (for winter). Quite neighborhood. I would diffently stay again.

The Brookers' cute apartment is situated just outside of the main downtown area in a relaxing neighborhood. Just about anything you need is within a short walk - UM, parks, coffee shops, restaurants, bars, shops, etc. It's a refreshing place to leave the car behind for a few days. The apartment is clean, well appointed and kept, and also the perfect size and location for a short stay to experience Missoula. It was a pleasure to stay here.

This apartment is a well planned efficiency apartment. The cozy bed is comfortable. We appreciated the luggage racks. The location was perfect for our stay in Missoula and right around the corner from our favorite, Black Roast Coffee.

Cute property close to both downtown and the University of Montana. Communication with the owner was excellent. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

This adorable, cozy little apartment was perfect for my adult daughter and I to stay in for a long weekend exploring Missoula! Everything we needed was within walking distance! The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was nicely furnished. I really appreciated the No shoes in the house request, because it undoubtedly made the apartment cleaner. We will definitely stay here again if the need arises.
