Stayed Apr 26, 2024We really enjoyed our stay! Cute little cottage with everything we needed and then some. Clean, nicely decorated, and we'll stocked. Nice neighborhood for walking our dog and close to parks, Asheville, and great restaurants. We will definitely stay here again if we come back down.

Stayed Apr 12, 2024Did not get to stay. Had confirmation of booking, full amount charged to my card, received email with instructions for accessing the property but could not get in when we got there. Drove 4 hours to get there with an 86 year old and her dog to find an email from late morning that they had overbooked it and we had no place to stay. If you’ve ever looked for a place with few steps and pet and budget friendly, you know how much time it takes. I was refunded but that’s not the point. If you can’t manage your properties better on more than one platform maybe you shouldn’t be in the business. This was a first and hopefully a last. Interestingly, VRBO seny a note asking about my stay.

Stayed Dec 23, 2023We enjoyed our stay. The unit was spacious for a one bedroom, very quiet, and clean. The bed and other furniture was comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. We especially liked having both a coffee maker and an electric kettle. The place was clean and beautifully decorated. We would stay again. No complaints. We accidentally locked ourselves out one night and the owner was quick to respond.
