Custom Studio Apartment with Mountain Views and Garage Parking!

It was quit comfortably and well located.

The property was immaculate and lovely. The garage parking was a bonus. The apartment was cleverly and tastefully designed to include every amenity needed and beyond. The neighborhood was gorgeous....beautifully landscaped properties . Our host was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommended.

Everything was great. Would definitely stay there again for my next trip tp the area.

Due to the Shakespeare festival, I have been making trips to Cedar City for 30 years, staying in a variety of hotels and B&Bs. This vacation rental is exceptional compared to my previous experiences in Cedar City. We spent a week in a peaceful neighborhood, with lovely homes, and beautiful views of the mountains. But it was also just 10 minutes from the center of Cedar City, so it was a great location. We loved having a kitchen because Cedar City is overflowing with fast food restaurants for college students, but there aren’t a lot of good options for foodies.

If you are visiting Cedar City and need a place to stay this is it! In a very nice neighborhood easy access with a garage to park your car. Newly built clean and everything you need.

We loved our stay. Everything was just perfect and so cozy and comfortable. It checked all our boxes. The bed was comfortable- and the shower was great! We loved having washer and dryer in the room and the garage area as well. We went to both Zion, Bryce National parks and cedar break from our lodging here. Our hosts were wonderful! Highly recommend it.

Absolutely perfect! A very thoughtfully appointed (had everything we needed including spices and tea and such) cozy but plenty of space. Very peaceful and quiet. Great view of the mountains. And a garage to pull in and organize which came in very handy as there was a surprise snow storm. If I could give it more stars I would. Hosts were very responsive and never intrusive. My husband and I loved our three nights there and would definitely return.

Beautiful area, and a perfect place to stay while our home was getting ready for us to move in. Property owners were always available if we had questions. Very nice place. Enjoyed our stay very much.

Great owner communication. Super comfy bed; well appointed space to relax; all the accoutrements to make a stay enjoyable, our own private GARAGE, close proximity to downtown Cedar City and I15. If you are in planning to visit Cedar City really can't beat this place. We would definitely stay again.

This loft is so cozy with the best hosts. Not our first trip and certainly wont be our last.

We had a stay. Very clean and comfortable place. I wouldn’t recommend anyone sleep on the couch over 3ft tall. The bed is huge and super comfy though!

This property and the property owners are exceptional! It's centrally located to all the National Parks. It's a very nice, safe and clean neighborhood. Checked all the boxes! Would highly recommend this property! You'll not be disappointed.
