This cosy 97 m² apartment, located on the first floor with a lift, offers a perfect space for up to 6 people in its 3 bedrooms. Two of them have a double bed and the third has two single beds, all with windows to the outside and space to store luggage. The main bedroom stands out for its en-suite bathroom with a medium-sized bathtub.



The spacious and bright dining room is perfect for sharing moments with family, enjoying meals or relaxing while watching television with internet connection for your favourite series. From here, you access an independent kitchen equipped with all necessary appliances: fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and more, facilitating the preparation of any meal.



Located in an urban building with neighbors, it is recommended to respect community rules to ensure rest. Its location on an avenue with all kinds of local businesses restaurants, cafeterias, supermarkets makes daily life comfortable and practical. In addition, it is only 15 meters from the bus station and very close to key points such as the historic center of Alhaurín el Grande (1 km), golf courses, beaches, water parks and important cities such as Málaga and Marbella, all with easy road access.



Urban accommodation and 25 minutes from the technology park with good road access to different points in the province of Málaga.
