Located just 200 metres from the beach and a short walk from the bus and train station, you will have everything you need to move around easily and make the most of your stay. The surrounding urban area is full of shops, restaurants and leisure options so you can enjoy every moment.



Enjoy a comfortable terrace with urban views, ideal for an outdoor breakfast or a quiet conversation at sunset. Inside, the double bed is next to the window with blinds that regulate the light for a perfect rest. Additionally, the sofa bed offers a third place for additional travellers without losing comfort. The living room has a Smart TV and WiFi connection so you can stay connected and entertained at all times.



The independent kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, washing machine, microwave, fridge with freezer and all the necessary utensils to prepare everything from a quick breakfast to a complete dinner. Although we recommend exploring the charming restaurants and beach bars that surround the accommodation for an authentic local gastronomic experience. The bathroom includes a shower tray, and the studio has air conditioning to maintain a pleasant temperature throughout the year.

You will also be close to natural parks, children's areas, golf courses and various beaches, including the main sandy beach and the rocky beach in Calaburra. If you plan excursions, Malaga airport is 26 km away, and cities like Marbella or Benalmádena are a short distance away.



Access to the building is comfortable thanks to the lift, and you have extra amenities such as an iron, hairdryer and heat pump heating for your comfort. The kitchen also includes a coffee maker, toaster and kettle so that you don't lack anything.

    I loved the location, it was downtown. Very close to the nightlife, restaurants etc. I loved that the apartment was always cool because it also doesn’t face the sun at any point of the day .. Anyway I highly recommend this location to everyone ❤️

    If you stay here and want a meal you have to try “Stones” in the square next door. English expats will love this place. Short walk to everywhere. Host was great!!!!

    The check-in was so welcoming and friendly, there were some really nice touches that the host prepared. The location is fantastic, central to everything. Very clean and nicely furnished with everything you will need. I would 100% recommend staying here.
