Located within a well-maintained family urbanisation, the apartment offers the perfect balance between rest and proximity to all kinds of services. Just a few minutes away you will find supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, beaches such as Playa Candela or Liceo Playa, and golf courses such as Añoreta Resort Golf, making it a very complete option for both relaxing holidays and more active stays. Furthermore, Málaga city is just a short drive away, ideal for combining beach, leisure and cultural getaways.



The accommodation has 2 bedrooms: one with a 1.50 m double bed and another with a trundle bed, perfect for families with children or small groups. It also features a comfortable living area, air conditioning throughout the accommodation, central heating, high-speed wifi and television, so you can enjoy a comfortable stay at any time of year.



The independent, modern and fully equipped kitchen has an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer. Additionally, the washing machine is located in a practical utility room next to the kitchen.



One of its great attractions is its 14 m² terrace, from which you can access directly to the communal landscaped area and the community swimming pool, which provides a pleasant sense of spaciousness and comfort during your stay. The swimming pool is for communal use and, according to community rules, cannot be used between 15:00 and 17:00 hours, nor is it permitted to swim in clothing, and its availability is subject to the rules, dates and times established by the community of owners, which may vary according to season or internal decisions.



The accommodation also includes a covered parking space in the same building, a very practical added value for those who travel by car.



As an extra, just a 5-minute walk away you'll find a public recreational area with a padel court, basketball court and children's area, ideal for completing the experience with outdoor activities.
