Stayed Jun 26, 2024The apartment is big and spacious! Very authentic. It has everything we needed. The location is very central. There are a bunch of good restaurants on the swuare just 2 minutes walking distance from this amazing place. Thank you, Mariangela and Francesca for great hospitality!

Stayed Feb 21, 2024When we arrive we were greeted by Sarah who gave us an in depth tour of the apartment and showed us how everything worked. She also gave us many great recommendation for sites and restaurants in the city. The apartment was in amazing location, walking distance to everything. Can’t wait to stay here again!

Stayed Dec 2, 2023With the exception of the Saturday night pub noise til 2AM below our apartment, our stay was in this apartment was fabulous. The apartment was exceptionally clean and roomy. Checkin process was easy and helpful.

Stayed Jul 13, 2023Loved our stay there. Great location with most attractions and train station in walkable distance. Only drawback is the main bath which has all glass walls, which isn't great for family stays. There is a second normal one however, and that is what we used through our stay. Another minor drawback is the shared washer dryer with another apartment. The other people left their clothes in the washer/dryer for whole day/night, so we couldn't use it as much as we wanted. But it worked great when we used it.

Stayed Feb 26, 2023We had a great stay at the Crystal Suite. Mariangela was a very attentive host who checked in with us frequently and was able to accommodate a last minute unexpected change in arrival times. The check in with Sara was smooth. The apartment was immaculate and well-stocked. Having laundry was helpful. The apartment was central and all the sites are within 15 minutes of walking. There was a lot of street noise at night but we were provided ear plugs that really helped. I would definitely come back and stay again.

Stayed May 23, 2019The Crystal Apartment is beautiful and located at the end of the Santa Maria Novella Square. It is convenient to everything, from restaurants to shopping and museums. Having two bathrooms is a huge plus. Working with Mariangela (property manager) is an awesome experience. She is very helpful in explaining how to use the various things in the apartment especially the washer and dryer, the best restaurants. Whenever I text her she responded quickly and cheerfully. She cares for her guest and wants all of us to have a good experience. I would use this apartment again.
