Crisp & Clean Condo, Steps to Beach & Pool in Key Colony Beach - Ground Floor

Host was incredibly responsive and helpful. I lost an item during my stay and she was super attentive to helping me in attempting to recover it.The community is wonderful and the place was homey and clean. Will be returning.

Kim is very responsive to messages. Room looks as shown in photos. Mattresses are quite firm-I loved it—spouse prefers softer mattress. Think hotel room sized stay. Pool was very clean. 6ft depth, and fantastic. If you want beach to water entry, plan to drive to sombrero beach just about 6 miles further south or go on to Bahia Honda :)

Condo was perfect & as described. Pool & beach was easy accessible. Host was excellent with directions & helpful information! Loved everything!!

Our second time ..we spent 5 nights always a pressure to stay in this wonderful clean, and organize condo .Everything is taking care perfect from the pool to the beach and barbeque area . We enjoy make barbeque and having dinner at the beach . Kim is an amazing manager she is always welcome to everyone and ready to help you .The management and staff are incredible . Hight recommend! we will be back next year !

The location is great.

The first thing that struck us as we walked through the door to the unit was how clean and well-maintained it was. It was well-appointed and plenty spacious enough for my wife and I to move around. The AC worked well and the 2 ceiling fans helped to keep it cool. There were families with kids all around us, yet I heard nothing from the other side of the walls, which were obviously built with mid-twentieth century quality. The kitchen was small, but everything worked. Be aware that there is no dishwasher and in order to avoid a 25 charge to your credit card you’ll have to wash, dry and put away any dishes you use during your stay. I’d suggest buying paper plates and plastic ware for your meals. There are recycling bins on the premises. Don’t forget this also means you’re at the mercy of the last guest’s dishwashing skills (and effort). Being a germaphobe, I’d suggest the disposable option. The location of the unit isn’t for someone who wants a water view. It’s tucked away in the middle of the resort. However, it’s literally less than a minute walk to the beach. There is a well-maintained pool, clean BBQ grills, some tiki pavilions if you want some shade and plenty of foot showers to rinse the sand off. The location of this property is very close to all of the attractions in Marathon and only about a 25 minute drive to Islamorada. This is great for families and empty nesters like us, who just want a nice place for a getaway. I highly recommend it.

The condo was as described. The condo was close to the stairs which meant you can hear a lot of foot traffic outside if other guests are loud.

The host responded immediately to all questions. The location was easy to find. Super beachy and relaxing decor. Perfect location for exployup and down the Florida keys.

Our stay was just what we needed. Condo had all the things we needed too. Perfect accommodations for myself and my daughter. First floor, close to main entrance. Well-appointed. Air conditioning was amazing. Pool was very clean.

This was the perfect place for us. The hosts were spectacular and location was just perfect. Spent a day on Bahia Honda State Park, which was not very far from the place and had a great time. The grounds are immaculately taken care of and relaxing at the small beach at the site is just the medicine we needed.

This is the second time we have stayed with Kim at Key Colony and it always over delivers!

We really enjoyed our vacation in MARATHON. IT WAS A PERFECT CENTRAL KEY AND OUR CONDO WAS CLEAN AND PERFECT. We especially enjoyed the beach and grill area.

Key Colony Beach is one of the best locations in the keys, close to everything. This condo was clean, in a nice little community with a pool, has a great little sandy area with steps going down to a little private section of ocean-side cove. The KCB community is quiet and has walking areas restaurants, a beautiful little beach and pier at Sunset park, and is within a short drive of all of the food, restaurants and activities in Marathon.

This condo was well eqipped and well maintained. The property manager was very responsive and accomodating.

This place was the cutest little place to stay! I was by myself but felt perfectly safe. Great parking and the property has its own little piece of beach to get down into the sand. The pool was also great and very clean. I had a few questions throughout my stay and the owner was very quick to respond and help me out. I will definitely stay here again!

We came to the keys for a weekend getaway. This condo was perfect. Right on the beach with a beautiful private area. It was everything we could have asked for!

Property is very clean and close to the beach. The beach area is great with chairs, umbrellas and a grilling area. This is the best view from a grill I’ve ever had. Will definitely be back.
