The Adler Lofts complex is located amongst numerous creative businesses including photographer studios, ad agencies, and graphic designers. Guests will enjoy many popular restaurants and entertainment destinations near The Adler Lofts.
Getting Around:
Most attractions are easily accessible by foot or are a quick uber ride away. Easy access to the metro, major thoroughfares, businesses, dining, shopping and entertainment.

Please know that all CozySuites properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Please know that any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500.

To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you WILL be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
- You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
- You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
- You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.
Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be:
1. 22 years old for out of town guests
2. 25 years old for local guests
No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule.
Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy.
Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check.

Great location
The entryway of the building smelled horrible like cigarettes and urine. The wood flooring in the hallway was broken up worse than a shipwreck and I thought that my son and I would fall through. The apartment layout and brick walls were nice. However, it was not as clean as it should be. Especially for the high cleaning fee charged. The maid is ripping them off. There were dust bunnies everywhere. Piles of dust, dried up food droppings on the floor. A,so the upkeep and maintenance of the apartment was poor. There were holes in the walls, fixtures hanging, flooring issues, etc. Also, the TV did not work and since I was traveling with my 11yr old son, that was a major issue. I called the service and it took the whole day to come and fix it. I took pics of the issues in the apartment but I don’t see a place to upload them. It was close to City Museum so that was good.
You won't find a better placed spot than this. It's the perfect distance from everything. Overall. It's a pretty nice loft. I recommend the stay.
I stayed in this unit with my daughter for a convention being held at The Dome, which happens to be within walking distance! The building and the unit each have a keypad for entry, I felt safe staying here. Communication with property manager was all done via email. I received email to see how I was doing before arrival (we got stuck in traffic coming from Wisconsin). Most replies were prompt, all replies were professional. There are plenty of restaurants, a grocery store, and other attractions, all within walking distance of this loft. The place is cute, looks as pictured. However, when I reserved the loft, one of the perks listed was a small gym in the basement. If there is a gym, it is well hidden behind a locked door. My daughter and I searched the building from top to bottom and only found storage units in the basement. Never did hear back about this topic. Also, the listing stated rooftop access, that access is only via a scary ladder that goes pretty high up to a door in the ceiling of the stairwell. So, we did not check that out. Upon arrival, we found only two small body towels and a washrag available. I emailed asking for more and was told we get what is provided only. Turns out the remaining towels were in the dryer. Laundry soap and fabric softener are provided. We did not use the oven as there was some big ball of something burnt to the bottom and we were afraid of smoking the loft out! There is a regular coffee maker, bring your own coffee. The ice maker and water machine in the fridge are slow, but a filtered water pitcher is provided in the fridge. There is hot water for DAYS, be sure to start the water early, it takes a minute to kick in, but when it does holy buckets HOT! The water pressure coming out of the shower head is weak. My daughter wanted to use the bathtub, filled it up with water, a lot hair and fuzz was seen floating around, appears it was not cleaned? Bathroom could use more spots near the sink to put personal toiletries. The bed creaks with the slightest move, mattress is comfy. There are NO curtains (as seen in photos). There is a sun blocking privacy shades that roll down over each window to keep the sun from baking the loft and help have some privacy. The windows are all west facing, so the rising sun does not blast you in the morning, yet it still wakes you if you are use to curtains. The window by bed does not seal all the way shut, so can hear noises from outside and heat sneaks in a little.
Property was fine, clean and as advertised. The company renting the property (CozySuites) is obnoxious. Very intrusive check-in process (wanted a selfie for crap sake). I had to enter my CC number 3 times; once on Vrbo and twice on other sites for CozySuites - started to think it was a scam!! WAY too much email correspondence. $$$ Warnings about penalties for this, that and the other. In the future I will ensure the properties I am renting on Vrbo are from individuals NOT corporations! There s/b (maybe there is) a filter to only show properties rented by individuals.
