CozySuites Music Row Spacious 2BR in Nashville! 25

The location was good. Easy in and out. But we had the very unfortunate experience of neighbors above us that came in at 2am and stayed awake till around 5:30am. The walls were very very thin. Mattresses were uncomfortable, super softThe apartment was utilitarian. Had the very minimum amenities. We should have had bath mats hand towels and comfortable couch. Everything in the place was VERY CHEAP!! That said. The communication was very responsive area was safe. We loved being in Nashville. This is not a cozy place to stay.

It was very clean, I only had a couple questions and the host got back to me very quickly. Lots of shopping nearby lots of food places. We used the laundry twice. It was perfect for what we needed. Highly recommend.

The location was good the apartment was okay needs some work done on it. The refrigerator needs a light bulb and the ice maker barely produced. The bathroom in the common

The check in process needs to be reviewed. It was constantly the same thing over and over receiving it pretty much on hourly basis wanting to scan our ID. It’s almost like it was a scam. Other than that the place was very nice and clean. Great location.

The neighborhood was very quite which was a welcome after a day on Broadway. The unit was very functional, clean and functional.

Reservation was for 4/27-5/1 I'm a 50 Mom in town for my daughter-in-law's brain surgery-needed to be near Vanderbilt. I booked w/Cozy Suites in advance. They texted on 4/24 to fill out a boarding pass', I complied. They texted again 4/26 11pm to complete a verification to access check-in instructions. I complied the next morning. I received the same message 4/27 9am, I complied again. At 12:17pm I received a text from a different # requesting a copy of my ID & selfie. This is part of the process I'd already done. But I did it again. I received the same message again at 2:37pm. I did it again & sent a screen shot of the confirmation showing I had done it through their app as requested. At 4:13 (45 min before my check in) I receive a notice stating that they couldn't accommodate me, I had not passed the verification process & they canceled my booking. I called & was told I had been red flagged. I asked why I was red flagged & was told they couldn't tell me, they didn't know. Worst thing I've ever done is get a speeding ticket yrs ago?I'd been sleeping at the hospital for 5 days w/my DIL in her Mom's absence due to illness, her surgery was 2 days away & I was left with nowhere to stay. I called VRBO who instructed me to find another place & they would help with some credit to help pay the difference. VRBO & Mint House (several blocks from Cozy Suites) were very accomodating & bent over backwards to make sure I was taken care of.

The check in process and website used by the management company was no user friendly. It was web based and not clear communication of some key details like the address of the property. Unit was very basic, white and showed some age/usage. it was clean and very functional for a stay. Location is great for proximity to the university and to music row.

It was a nice neighborhood and a nice place to stay

Everything online indicated that a stay at the Cozy Suites would be as close to perfect as we could hope for. The location was ideal. The reviews and images were all glowing. The reservation for our 6 night stay and communications leading to the stay were smooth and easy.Unfortunately, everything changed the day of our arrival, March 22nd. In route to the property, I received a communication that the 2-bedroom suite we had reserved was not going to be available due to scheduled maintenance. Here is the message:“Hello Earl, I hope you're doing well. We wanted to inform you that the unit you’ve reserved may not be available tonight due to a scheduled maintenance. To ensure your comfort, we’d like to offer you two 1-bedroom units at no additional cost as an alternative. Rest assured, you can move into the original unit you booked by tomorrow, March 23rd. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and truly appreciate your understanding. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Thank you for your cooperation.”We purposely reserved the 2-bedroom unit due to the collaborative nature of the business in Nashville so having two 1-bedroom units represented a significant inconvenience. A call to customer service yielded no alternatives to the two 1-bedroom units, so without any other options so late in our travel we agreed.When we arrived at the property, we encountered another hiccup. Great week spent celebrating my hubby's 40th with friends and family

Good location. A little rough around the edges. Pretty bare with minimal decor. Comfy beds, but the place feels more clinical than cozy. Good parking, but tricky to figure everything out when you arrive. All around okay.

The property was clean and a great neighborhood not far from downtown especially if you want to have alittle fun on a lime scooter, overall the place was great and if I go back I’ll definitely be looking to stay here again if it’s available

Our stay at this property was good once we got a few issues rectified. Firstly the floors weren’t clean properly. There wasn’t any cleaning products for us to properly clean them. We were there for what I would consider a long-term stay. (Two weeks) supplies were supplied for short term stay. shortage of coffee, pods, shortage of dishwasher pods shortage of laundry pods, shortage of bathroom tissue. We contacted the host and the supplies were supplied over a course of 4 to 5 days once we got that rectified we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Location is excellent more than adequate for four people or family. Would I recommend staying there again? yes I would just a few things need to be taken care of.

Nice location for our weekend in Nashville

I very much enjoyed my stay with Cozy Suites. There were some snags with the initial communications - they kept sending emails directly to my email address, instead of through the booking site, asking for specific details so I would reply to the email and they never received them. Even after I let them know of the issue they continued emailing me to check in on things. They were very quick to respond through the booking app, the rental was clean and as expected with the exception of missing the garage clicker. Not a huge issue but would have been convenient for sure. The location is great, especially if you have a pup. Nice sidewalks and other walking areas around.

We did a friend/couples trip and this property exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect, an inexpensive Uber / Lyft ride and we were on Broadway, Music Row, and 12th Street within minutes. The neighborhood was quiet and safe and the apartment was clean and comfortable. I messaged the property manager numerous times before and during our stay and I have to say the communication was amazing! (Thank you) We are already discussing our next trip to Nashville and plan to stay here again.

The house was clean. It smelled like it was freshly painted but smell went away quickly. Great location. Elevator was out all week which made it cumbersome to get up to the 3rd floor. I would stay again.
