Stayed Jan 2, 2026This VRBO rental was the most complicated check in process I have ever experienced in all of the many years I have booked other VRBOs!The condo we rented didn’t match what was shown on the website. Different sofa and chairs and only 2 dining chairs instead of 4. There was a bench taking place of 2 chairs. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were adequate. A few hooks for hanging would be helpful in the bathrooms and bedrooms or a small dresser. More shelves in the bathroom for toiletries would be nice. The kitchen has the absolute bare minimum of any VRBO we have stayed at. We never did receive the garage door clicker in the 4 nights we stayed there. The best thing about this condo was the close proximity to Vanderbilt University. We could walk to the stadium to watch our hometown Montana State football team win the FCS national championship!

Stayed Nov 5, 2025Place was nice and comfortable with all amenities needed but a little farther away from Broadway than we thought. We had a car so it was about 15 minutes to all the bars on Broadway. One week before trip we had a friend pass away and ask host if we could push date out a week and host would not accommodate us although it showed available on the Vrbo calendar. I don't understand that, but we went to Nashville as we didn't want to lose our money. The keypad on the front door lock didn't work the night before we left so that was inconvenience and tried to work with host to fix it for 30 minutes without resolution. Host said they were going to have maintenance fix it.

Stayed Oct 25, 2025Room was somewhat dated. The ceiling fan made strange sounds. The most disappointing part was that we could hear the people in the room above each and every night. Would also suggest that they enforce a quiet time, each night between midnight and 1;00 AM heard loud people outside each night. I will never stay there again. Chris
