Stayed May 24, 2023Free parking was a huge plus. Close to downtown and easy to get to with Uber. Water pressure in the room was poor. Lots of noise coming from the locked water closet, banging and such .

Stayed Dec 23, 2025This was the worst stay I’ve ever had. First, before our stay started, the property called me for no reason. Next, after I paid the property, they did not give me information on paying a pet fee until I reached out to the property. Then, we arrived and our room was not cleaned. After we switched rooms, the A/C broke, the portable A/C did not work, the windows leaked, the faucet leaked, and the dryer would randomly start and stop. They sent maintenance to fix the A/C issue and to replace the door batteries on two different occasions without notifying us or giving a time estimate as to when maintenance would come. Additionally, the first time they messaged me about the door issue they made it seem as though maintenance was coming immediately at 9:30 PM. When I spoke to their customer service about these issues they were nonresponsive and unhelpful. I explicitly requested that they give us time estimates after the first incident with maintenance and none were given.
