The Space:

Our spacious two bedroom apartment features inviting living areas, fully-equipped kitchens, and bathrooms complete with toiletries.



We are pleased to offer the convenience of parking in the building's secure garage (subject to availability). Parking fees are charged per vehicle and vary according to the length of stay.

Guest Access:

Guests will have full access to the apartment throughout their stay. Please note that amenities are available at the property's discretion. We are unable to process refunds if an amenity is closed during your stay.

Located in the historic Lockerbie Square district, this downtown spot offers charming cobblestone streets, 19th-century architecture, and easy access to cultural landmarks like the Athenæum. You're just a short walk from Mass Ave’s vibrant mix of restaurants, bars, and boutiques.

Lucas Oil Stadium - 0.5 miles

Old National Centre - 0.6 miles

Phoenix Theatre - 0.7 miles

Saint Mary's Catholic Church - 0.6 miles



Other Things to Note:

Please know that all CozySuites properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Please know that any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500.

ESA (Emotional Support Animal): A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. Additionally, the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or Experiences.



To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you WILL be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

- You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.

- You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.

- You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.



Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be 22 years old.



No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule.



Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy.



Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check.



Note that all guests are required to submit a $150 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $35.00 non-refundable damage waiver.

    Nice area with plenty of food options. The condo was very clean and stocked with everything needed for guests. Access to the building was fairly complex, but being in a city I suppose that’s good for safety reasons. Would stay again.

    This place is very conveniently located, and it has a lot of potential. The furnishings and fixtures and general attention to detail, however, leave it lacking.The beds were very uncomfortable -- soft and plastic. There were only 2 lamps in whole apartment, and one of them didn't have a bulb. A ceiling light just randomly fell out in the middle of our stay. The couch was very uncomfortable and had a very weird design, with the pillows slipping off as soon as you sit down.The master bedroom has built-in cabinets that are made for a queen bed, but there's a king bed in it, so it made much of the storage unusable. The shower was not installed correctly, so it sprayed out the side. We also had exactly 1 drinking glass when we arrived.We were there over Christmas holidays, so it's understandable that communication was difficult, but we had a lot of trouble getting into our apartment because the numbering in the building was very confusing, and no one was available to help us for over 30 minutes.

    This first time experience with Vrbo was a great success. After many years of booking places to stay, I can say this is top three. Clean, managers were responsive, great location, free garage. If I ever go back to Indianapolis, this will be the first place I look into.

    Overall, a great location. We went for the Colts game and were just 30 minutes from the stadium. Nearby to lots of coffee shops and restaurants. A few items that could be better: freezer door handle was broken, lamp was missing a lightbulb, towels were terribly thin and were tiny, check in process was cumbersome and required a lot more information sent to the host than I have ever done before. Overall a good rental property but could use some updates to make it 5 stars.

    This apartment was fantastic! It was very clean and matched the description and pictures in the listing. The location is perfect for walking to the Murat/Old National and great food locations.

    We stayed here for our annual Girl's Weekend. The apartment was clean and exactly as described. The location is perfect - steps away from Mass Ave. The directions for finding the parking garage and entry box were a little difficult as there are one way streets, etc. It was a little noisy as there was an Octoberfest happening in the courtyard of the building next door but that's to be expected when you are downtown. The beds were comfy and even the pull out couch was very comfortable. If you are looking for an alternative to a downtown hotel this is perfect! Overall it was a great option for us
