The Space:

Our spacious 2 bedroom apartment features inviting living areas, fully-equipped kitchens, and bathrooms complete with toiletries. Building amenities include a large outdoor pool and sundeck, fitness center, grilling area and fireplace, and bike storage. You will also have direct access to the Monon Trail.

Guest Access:

CozySuites guests will have full access to the apartment throughout their stay. Please note that amenities are available at the property's discretion. We are unable to process refunds if an amenity is closed during your stay.

Other Things to Note:

Please know that all Cozy Suites properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Please know that any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500.

ESA (Emotional Support Animal): A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. Additionally, the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or Experiences.



To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you WILL be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

- You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.

- You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.

- You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.



Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be 22 years old.



No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule.



Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy.



Self-service garage parking options are available in several of the parking garages by the building (~$15-17/day; $125/month).



Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check.



Note that all guests are required to submit a $150 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $35.00 non-refundable damage waiver.

    Everything was in order. Some wall damage in the guest bathroom, which made me nervous since I didn't know if it was already reported. Master bedroom had more road noise than the guest bedroom. Otherwise no trouble with communicating with the host and with the snow storm they let me extend my stay, which was very nice.

    Provided only one parking spot for a two bedroom apartment in a commercial area where towing is done nightly. Apartment had cheap uncomfortable furniture (beds near the floor), no dining table, sink that did not drain, and no local television channels ( strictly streaming). Wouldn’t stay here again if it was free.

    The property is in a great location, close to everything you need. It was very clean, safe and has everything you need. The beds were very comfortable. It was very easy to communicate with the property manager and all my questions were answered in a timely manner! I would stay here again and recommend it to others.

    Overalll we had a good stay. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed for a 3 night stay. Location is central to shopping and restaurants. Unit is next to a road but overall it wasnt too loud. Aprtment building is also very secure.
