great place, great location!

Great location and pool, we had issues with the air conditioning but the host was very understanding and responsive when we reached out.

Second time I’ve stayed at Klass Condo. Best location for gay travelers! Or anyone else who wants to experience Bangkok. You won’t be disappointed with the property. The cleaning staff is there every day. The public areas are immaculate. The staff is super friendly and always very responsive to requests for help. Not a party building. Very quiet. The pool and workout room is always clean and suitably equipped. Enjoy your stay.

Accommodation is clean and the overall stay was fine. We weren’t able to access WiFi at all during our stay. We brought the initial concern forward just after check-in. I went to speak to reception - they said they would come up to help figure it out, they never did. I sent a message through Vrbo and it took them 24 hours to respond. They told me to reset the router, etc. none of this worked and I eventually gave up. There are also signs around the building saying that short term rentals are prohibited.

Our stay at this property in Bangkok was mixed. While the place itself was clean and tidy, the overall experience was marred by several inconveniences. The check-in process was mediocre, and communication with the owner could definitely be improved. There was no instruction on WIFI. One major issue was the lack of basic amenities like toilet paper, which we had to purchase ourselves. Additionally, having to rely on workers across the street to open the main door of the building became a constant nuisance. Overall, while the cleanliness of the property was commendable, the lack of convenience and communication made our stay less enjoyable than anticipated.

Our second time staying at this condo. Mr. Skon and his team were attentive and communicated well. Very clean and well kept place that’s near shops and restaurants. Thanks for a great stay!

I struggled in the beginning because when I first sent a message via homestay, an automatic reply saying that the host doesn't use homestay to communicate. So I sent multiple emails but never got an email back. When I arrived at silom, I panicked since I didn't know how to check in until I realised that our host had sent me a message via homestay, even though the automatic reply explicitly said they didnt use homestay as a communication platform. It was misleading and caused unnecessary stress. I wish the host was more clear with the type of platform to use as a communication. Also when we arrived at our condo, the shower was clogged. So we couldn't shower until the following day after communicating with the condo. Regardless, I liked the location of the place as it was easy to get around and it was overall a comfortable place after everything was sorted out. If I were to go back, I think it would be a better experience since I know what to do. I just wish the host was better at communicating or at least replied back to my emails.

Very nice house, clean and convenient. Facility very good swimming pool ..GYM.. Location very closed to night market ,just walking distance ..and BTS few mins walk. Skon very nice hosts and his colleague very helpful . I'm sure next time will stay here again. Thank you Skon give me memory good trip in Bangkok . A little comments : if TV change to smart TV will much better ..^^
