The Space:

Welcome to my unique property! This remodeled single-family home has been thoughtfully divided into two affordable units, each with its own private, secure entrance. You’ll enjoy complete privacy in your unit, and the only shared space is the public street parking, so please keep that in mind when you arrive.



As required by the city licensing, a long-term tenant resides in the neighboring unit. However, you shouldn’t notice them at all during your stay. They help maintain the yard, trash, and snow removal, ensuring the property stays neat and well-kept. They are very respectful of your space and privacy, and you’ll likely never cross paths.



Like an apartment or hotel, you may hear the usual sounds of daily life. If there’s ever any disturbance, please don’t hesitate to reach out—I'm here to ensure your comfort. The home is equipped with a traditional heating and cooling system and a smart thermostat for easy remote control. The temperature is usually set between 68-72°F, but if you’d like more control, each unit also has stationary fans and space heaters to keep you comfortable.

This home may be listed for sale during your stay. If a showing is requested, we’ll always give at least 24 hours’ notice and check with you first. Showings are completely optional and only happen with your approval. They’re typically quick (about 15 minutes), and a licensed real estate agent will be present the entire time. No need to tidy up or do anything special — we understand you’re living in the space. If you have pets, we just ask that they’re crated or taken with you during any approved showing for everyone’s safety. We’ll always do our best to keep any disruption to a minimum and appreciate your flexibility!

    Space was perfect! even with the proximity to E Colfax Ave. the home feels like a safe haven considering it's reputation and the activity which occurrs along the throughfare.

    The house was cute and so was the neighborhood. The area is diverse, which I like. Everything was great. There is someone who lives below and you will be able to hear them and smell their cooking.

    Stayed for a week. Clean and Comfortable for a family of three. Kitchen was nicely stocked. Nicely priced. Street parking and no washing/dryer was an inconveniences because we were here for a softball tournament and had to go to the laundromat, but there is a laundromat within 5 minutes. I would recommend this place because the manager was easy to work with and was always helpful.

    The property itself is mostly as listed. However there are loud people living in the basement and people pitching tents in the backyard. You have to park on the less than desirable street. My son saw his first lady of the night working the corner a block away. While it is two bedrooms, the remaining sleeping situation is an air mattress, and a foldout.

    The place was dirty. No attention to detail as far a cleanliness. I asked to cancel because of my dissatisfaction and the owner was very nice and refunded my money right away. Unfortunately there was an issue with the cancellation that I had no control of. Unless the issues are addressed I would not recommend.

    The place was overall very nice. Beds are amazing. Perfect size for the 2 of us. 4 would be tight. It appeared that pets could run in back yard, that is not available.

    This property was great for 2 couples. Location was great to airport, fiddlers green, and red rocks. Beds were very comfortable and had everything we needed. Allowed early check in which was great since we had an early arrival.
