Stayed Feb 6, 2022Stayed in this wonderful apartment for 3 weeks in February 2022. The apartment is fully furnished, with all the necessary equipment to be confortable. The pool is well maintained and very inviting. Only 2 minutes walk to the beach. Our very pleasant host welcomed us and gave us a tour and they are quick to respond to any of our inquiries. Also met Sylvia and Fernando the caretaker of this complex. Very nice, helpful and efficient. Neighbours helpful as well and very nice. This property is situated 15k from the main town Progreso and 4 k to Chicxulub Puerto. You either need a car, call a taxi or use the minivan that picks you up at the main road for 5 pesos into Chixculub Puerto. There is no convenience store near by as well around this complex. On the negative side, the all in one washer-dryer was out of order and there are 3 permanent stray dogs at the door - they are calm and don't bother you but they bark on a regular basis as well as the neighbour's 3 dogs.
