Stayed Nov 8, 2025My fiancé and I book with VRBO primarily, due to their “host-free stay” policy. We thought this was a private studio apartment, but it is not. It is an upstairs loft in the host’s home. The host was present in the house attached to this property when we arrived. When we entered the property, we were met with the sound of blaring TV noise coming from the host, and were immediately uncomfortable with the fact that there was another individual staying here, so we decided to leave. We called VRBO to report these issues, confirmed that the host was present on the property as directed by VRBO, and were refunded for our stay.

Stayed Dec 5, 2025No hot water in the shower. King size bed was fantastic. Room lighting was dim. Barking dogs in backyard neighbors yard were a distraction. Price was ok.

Stayed Nov 14, 2025The host was very responsive. The place is very quaint. The king bed was comfy. There were two nice TVs to unwind with for the evening. Not very far from food, shopping, and all other things in Pigeon Forge. 5 stars!!
