Cozy Studio w/ Well-Being Retreat: Near Yosemite!

Well-stocked and great communication. VERY tall bed which was great except for our Weiner dog. Host was very helpful and had great communication. Cozy. Cute. Highly recommend.

This was a nice pet friendly studio that didn’t feel cramped. It is upstairs, but that was not an issue for us. This is located in a group of homes on a wooded parcel in Ahwahnee. The owners have made the homes a very nice retreat for groups or families, but it was just us this time. We wanted it to be in close proximity to Yosemite and also the Sequoia national park. It was a great location for that. King bed, extra comfy! Has a nice fire pit on the deck. There’s a bit of traffic, but with the white noise machine, you can’t hear a thing. I was worried about some dogs across the street barking but you can’t hear that either at night. For the money this location and studio is perfect. We did cook some meals in the very tiny kitchen and it could’ve used a few more items. Such as baking pans for brownies and some better chopping knives for vegetables. Luckily, we brought one. There was a hot plate that worked out just fine for breakfasts and a microwave, nice size fridge, coffee, pot, and toaster oven. It was all good! I would stay here again.

We had a good stay in the cozy studio. The check-in process was flexible (code given to a lock box) which was very useful for us. The place is clean and the owner was very friendly and responsive when asked questions. As visitors from the UK, we loved the surroundings of this property, with some interesting birds to watch in the neighbouring trees. The kitchen facilities are basic, as we expected from the property description, but are clean and we had no problems.

My parents and I had at great stay here. The property owner was lovely and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. The beds were very comfy, room was spacious and clean, and the amenities were all fantastic. We really liked the patio area overlooking the view. Would highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at this cozy & clean studio near Yosemite. Everything was as described. I would highly recommend this place.

After long hiking days, coming back to this unit was just what we needed. The mattress was super comfy and the shower was hot and strong. We enjoyed the birds’ chatter on the side deck. There is some road noise, but the host thoughtfully provides ear plugs if that bothers you. (It did not affect us at all.) The host is gracious and kind.

Great location- about 40 minutes to the south entrance and 80 minutes to Yosemite Valley (sans a line at the entrance). Tammi, the host was super helpful with check-in and questions. Things to know: it's an upstairs unit- so will need to haul your stuff up a flight of exterior stairs. There is another unit below- but I only heard them a few times. You can hear the traffic on the main road - so bring ear plugs if you're a light sleeper (they also have a white noise machine). Bed was on the firm side. Overall had a lovely stay and look forward to returning!

We loved this place, it was cute and cozy and peaceful and beautiful. Our dogs loved the property and we all enjoyed cozying up to the fireplace at night. Our host Tammi was extremely welcoming and helpful with all our needs. It was the best communication I've ever had with a vacation rental place. Highly recommend!!!

My girlfriend and I loved our stay! It’s a very cozy space with great energy. We felt instantly comfortable. The indoor highlights for us were the huge bed, the electric fireplace that worked incredibly well, and the spacious stand up shower. The outside highlights were the beautiful scenery, the private dog park on property (which the dogs loved), and having a grocery close enough to drive to if need be but far enough away that the location is very very quiet. The cherry on top of the sweet vacation for us was how kind and accommodating the host was. She was willing to help with any food recommendations or hikes or whatever else we needed. It was a lovely trip.

This is a very nice and convenient location in a really lovely area just outside Yosemite National Park near the town of Oakhurst. The studio has a good sized deck great for relaxing and star-gazing. The unit is comfortable and fully equipped with everything we needed. And the hosts are pleasant and responsive. Good eating options and easy access to the National Park and Bass Lake made this a great getaway.

Liked the studio a lot. Could use some kitchen items. The porch was wonderful however, it needed to be swept. We did our best without a broom. Very comfortable bed. A bit far to Yosemite but worth it!

It was a perfect cozy little getaway. It had everything we needed. The front porch area was perfect for a night in. The owner of the house was quick to respond and gave us great recommendations on places to eat. Id stay here again.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here! Great location to get to different spots in Yosemite. Super comfortable bed which was very appreciated after hiking! Loved the balcony with the beautiful of the mountains and the night sky.

Very cozy , clean , and overall nice room. If you have problems while you there the property manger is quick to help and solve the issue. Very nice bed and nice big shower. Overall 10/10 would recommend staying!

Sandwiched between two Yosemite entrances with a beautiful view and balcony. A well equipped apartment with cool extras like galaxy light and sound machine and the bed was extremely comfy! A great retreat after a day exploring nature. Can’t recommend enough.
