Stayed Nov 28, 2025It was dirty the vents were broke the chair was broken very dusty the neighbors were super loud people stomping down the steps at 1230 in the morning … limited parking

Stayed Aug 12, 2025Although it is an older property, it was VERY clean! The kitchen was was stocked well. I was surprised to find shampoo, conditioner & hair dryer provided. Communication was prompt. Very easy to find. Very quiet. The bed was SUPER comfortable. No central AC but the floor unit did just fine. I would definitely stay again.

Stayed Feb 28, 2025This property is in a quiet neighborhood, but the property itself wasn't all that quiet. It's a basement unit and the walls are quite thin. People living there have dogs, so I heard a lot of barking, footsteps, and doors shutting. The windows don't all have curtains or blinds, so the light clearly comes through, disrupting sleep. The bed was comfortable and it was nice having a kitchen sink and fridge.

Stayed Dec 10, 2025The chair was broken like in the photos but not a super big deal . It is a little bit older of a building but it was super nice , wasn’t too loud and cheap ! Bed was comfortable and plenty hot water

Stayed Jul 27, 2025The apartment was adorable and we absolutely loved it! It was close enough to campus for us to walk but far enough that we weren't bothered by noise. Plus the owner was easy to communicate with. If we ever go back to Fargo we're definitely staying here again.

Stayed Jan 1, 2025The room was a little too hot for us old folks, but we managed. I was concerned when we got there and heard dogs barking in the room above us, but after that initial barking, they were quiet. I think they were just greeting us! The location was perfect for where we needed to go. Would definitely stay there again! Hope to next year!
