- The kitchen is fully stocked with a large bowl, silverware, pots and pans, towels and dish rags, cooking knives, plates, bowls, coffee mugs, wine glasses and glasses.

Living area:

- Couch that folds down into a bed (would recommend 1 adult or 2 children. There is a foamy mattress to use as well)
- smart TV
- One queen size murphy bed with two side tables and a lamp. The bed can go up and there is a table underneath with 2 chairs.

Main Bathroom:

- Large tub and counter space

When you book with Sierra Vacation Rentals, we make sure you`ll have everything you need during your stay. Your unit will include toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, coffee, tea, coffee filters, sugar, cooking oil, salt and pepper, aluminium in foil, saran wrap, garbage bags, dish soap.

SKI IN/OUT ACCESS:

This property is located on the ski run `Moguls Track.` You can ski right into the back of the building and walk throughs the doors to floor 8. This unit is on floor 8, so would just walk down the hallway. It is seconds to the ski out location. This is a true SKI IN/SKI OUT location!!!

The suite is a 5 minute walk to the village and walking/biking trails

*Please note that there is not a washer and dryer in this unit. There is a laundry room. The machines take 2 loonies each load*

This place will only sleep 2 adults comfortably and 4 people including kids.

Guests have access to the entire condo, hot tub and sauna room, games room and ski wax room. Parking for one vehicle outside and all Additional vehicles will need to park in the Happy Valley parking lot for $30/night.

Listing Neighbourhood:

Located just outside of the village, when you park the car there will be no need to use it again! Ski in and ski out from multiple floors onto the Moguls Track. Within a 5 minute walk you find yourself nestled in the heart of the village where you can access numerous restaurants, shops, the market, the Gondola down to Happy Valley, or anything else you will want for your perfect getaway. Some of our favourite restaurants include Underground Pizza, Fourth Ace smokehouse, Sasquatch Sushi and the Cabin Kitchen and Bar!

You will have indoor assigned parking stall (all additional vehicles will need to park at Happy Valley parking lot - fees apply)

Additional Parking: Overnight parking is available by permit only at the Happy Valley Long-Term Parking Lot. Permits are required, and unauthorized vehicles will be towed at the owner`s expense.

Permit Costs:
Overnight Parking: $25 per night, per vehicle (no trailers allowed).
Weekly Parking: $125 per week, per vehicle (no trailers or RVs/campers allowed).
RV/Camper Parking: $50 per night, per RV/camper (maximum of 7 nights per season).

Ideal for families seeking a peaceful retreat. No parties or large events permitted.

Access to communal hot tub, sauna, ski locker and ski wax room in the Moguls Building. Please note that the hot tub and sauna are only open during the winter season.

Pet friendly - one dog - must be approved - There is a $75/additional cost that will be added to your stay

This property is a 100% Smoke Free property (no tobacco,
cannabis or vaping products). This includes NO SMOKING in the unit, on the balconies, or anywhere on the common property grounds. This policy is strictly enforced, with fines of $200 per incident. These fines are the responsibility of the guest in addition to any cleaning fee associated with infractions. Thanks in advance for abiding by this rule that makes it awesome for everyone!
Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am.
This a no-smoking property.
Total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless agreed.
All trash and perishables must be disposed of and dishes washed before departure.

    beautiful look, sight seeing, ski in and out(I haven't used often but convinient). you get a parking too, just make sure you know where to put the buzzer code and it will unlock. and for garage door it's not so smart but you can figure it out.

    Our host was easy to get a hold of and quick to accomodate. This spot offers everything you need for a cozy, couples stay. I would definitely stay here again for another visit to Big White.
