Stayed May 21, 2025came to denton for a graduation and this location was chosen because it was close in proximity to the ceremony. Had the pictures truly reflected the place I would’ve gladly stayed somewhere else. The conditions of the walls have clearly been neglected, weather in the shower or in living quarters. Clearly there’s tons of water damage that need obvious attention. The host texted me that there had been “updates” to the place so it would look “different” than what was shown online. However, the opposite reflected. The cleanliness of the place could have been better as well and the window unit made it damp inside, even after picking up the sheet in front of the unit, which I had to use with forks, very unacceptable.

Stayed May 2, 2025We stay here every time we come visit the kiddo. Great location near campus, the neighborhood has good energy and nice folks.
