Stayed Jul 29, 2024The apartment layout is nice and convenient. It is close to many amenities such restaurants, supermarkets, bars, etc… Very convenient. The manager Emil is wonderful and very responsive. The few issues we found have mostly to do with cleanliness. The apartment is not well cleaned. The bathroom are not well cleaned and fixtures are old. Towels not clean. On our first day we found a green lezard crawling on the wall. I have to call the security guy to remove it. One of the bathroom doors cannot close properly. Water will spill out when you shower. Next to the property there is a trash dumpster that bring nad smell when being operated. The pool does not look clean either. No coffee maker if you like brewed coffee lime me.
