Welcome to your downtown Nashville home base. This hotel-style studio in the historic Riverfront Lofts building sleeps up to 2 and puts you a short walk from Broadway, the Ryman, and the Cumberland Riverwalk.



The Space:

Designed for easy city stays, this cozy, hotel-style studio offers a comfortable place to land between outings. You’ll have a plush king bed, a small seating area for relaxing, and cable TV for unwinding after a night of live music.There’s no full kitchen, but you’ll be steps from some of Nashville’s best restaurants and bars.

For simple snacks and morning coffee, the suite includes a mini fridge/freezer, microwave, and coffee maker. The ensuite bathroom features a walk-in glass shower and single vanity. Wi-Fi is provided, and longer stays are welcome. Please note, due to the building’s historic design, this interior suite does not have windows.

Important Things to Note

• Historic building + windows: This interior suite does not have windows due to the building’s 1875 historic row design.

• Stairs: Stairs are required to access the suite.

• Parking: There is no on-site parking. We recommend the Metropolis Parking Garage at 210 Commerce Street (approximately ½ block north), with a sister location at 310 Commerce Street. You may enter/exit either garage 24/7. Rates are around $40/day and are subject to change.

• Kitchen setup: There is no full kitchen. The suite includes a mini fridge/freezer, microwave, and coffee maker.

• Security cameras: Cameras are located above the front door and in the front and back halves of the entrance hallway, monitoring common areas only.

• Pet policy: This home is not pet friendly.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.



Getting Around:

Location logistics: Walkable to Broadway, the Ryman Auditorium, the Cumberland Riverwalk/Greenway, and many restaurants, rooftop bars, museums, and parks. Popular spots like Riverfront Park, Public Square Park, Fifth + Broadway/Assembly Food Hall, and the Nashville Farmers’ Market are an easy stroll.
