Long before Studioplex became a vibrant hub of creativity, it was The Atlantic Southeastern Compress & Warehouse, a massive cotton facility built in 1905 that played a pivotal role in Atlanta’s industrial past. But that’s just the beginning. From its near-demolition to its rebirth as an Artists Community and cornerstone of Auburn Avenue’s revitalization, this building has stories to tell.

The Atlanta Beltline is just steps from Moon Studio at Studioplex Lofts.

The Space

1 bedroom, 1 bathroom with living, dining and music enjoyment areas. Patio is outside in the courtyard. Beltline access is 100 feet away.

Guest Access

Guests will have access to the entire 1060 square foot studio to themselves. The courtyard and green space are shared use spaces as well. Once you have the key and key fob you will be able to enter the building at any time. They do lock the entrances 8pm-6am so make sure you have the key fob if you are out later than 8pm.

There is one designated parking space, #18 right at the top of the ramp to the second floor. If you send me your license state and plate I will get it entered so that you may come and go during your stay.

Other things to note

When closing the curtain on the main window please use the white wands to close them, do not yank on the fabric because it will pull the curtain out of its track. The other blind has a chain and pulley on the left side to lift and close the blind.
