Stayed Mar 10, 2024Good location, walking distance to train to NYC. But Newly Renovated is a joke. Furniture is fine but almost everything else feels like junk. Uneven floors, broken glass in window, trashy blinds, doors to bathroom without a lock, dirty kitchen cabinets etc, Baseboards with huge gaps filled with caulk. Gaps around heating pipes filled with paper towels! Huge gaps around window AC allowing noise and cold from outside. Gaps under doors are so big that we witnessed a mouse freely coming into the house and into our bedroom, eating chocolate gifts we just bought. Bad experience.

Stayed Dec 16, 2023This property was not represented accurately on your website. We left after 1 night. The owner has $ 4700 of our money. I placed a formal complaint with your corporate office but have received no update.

Stayed Jul 8, 2023We stayed at Guy's place for a couple months while a construction project was going on at hour house across town. It's a great location and Guy is a very responsive and helpful host. He went out of his way to help us find a place to keep my son's bike safely and was on top of any issues we had. No complaints, I recommend Guy and any his properties wholeheartedly.

Stayed Jul 2, 2023The location of the property is perfectly situated near the prestige downtown shopping area of Montclair, NJ within walking distance. 2 minutes from the parkway/highway and just a train ride away from NYC. The inside of the property was cute and cozy and clean. There's a TV, dining room table, big big kitchen, 2 bedrooms which would be perfect for family with kids. The Furniture materials were definitely upscale & felt plush too. This is a great for anyone or families visiting NYC in my opinion.
