Cozy Northside Apt near Transp, Loyola&NW, Beach, Sep Entrance&Free Street Park

Perfect location for us.

This property was fantastic. The neighborhood was amazingly quiet. It was exceptionally clean and had everything we would need. It even had extras like snacks and coffee. The host was very responsive, and we appreciated getting a late check out.

The apartment was lovely and clean! Located near public transit, which was a huge positive for us.

Comfortable and good location. Nice to have plenty of beds for our group. I will say a couple of the pictures and one of the doll decorations my daughter and her friends found disturbing. Otherwise, plenty of communication and good to have small kitchenette and laundry facilities.

My family and I stayed here for a week while one of my daughters went to a dance intensive in the city. This place is super clean, had everything we needed to make our own meals (utilized the microwave, oven toaster and the skillet, coffee maker), there extra blankets and pillows, plenty of towels, toiletries, etc). My kids enjoyed the “vintage” TV. LOL! It’s not a flat screen but we still were able to access Disney, Netflix, etc. This was our home away from home. It’s cozy, quirky which we loved, and enjoyed the balcony and the trees. As a parent, this VRBO was perfect for our needs and I was thankful for the washer and dryer, AC and fans. Wifi was great! I worked remotely during our stay. Holly (host) is very attentive and responsive. She was awesome! I recommend paying for a parking spot in the driveway. Chicago parking is tricky! Be ready for the stairs. Got our daily glute exercises in :) We were fine with them. It might catch you off guard if you have a lot of luggage and bad knees. Grocery stores are near by so driving wasn’t a big deal. We used Instacart too so that was convenient for us. I would stay here again. I didn’t mind the commute (about 15-20 minutes with no rush hour traffic) to downtown and access to the beaches was just a short drive. I highly recommend this cute apartment loft!

Holly was so kind, had tons of information and tips, and helped us make our trip memorable and smooth. Would stay here again if we are in this area in the future.

Very cozy and clean. Loved the vintage vibes! Perfect for our little friends reunion. We loved lounging on the balcony. Fantastic communication and easy check-in process. Highly recommended!

Perfect location and our hosts couldn’t have better.

Cute place with room to hang out together! There was enough room for each of us to have a place to sleep as well. This is up a couple narrow flights of stairs, and there is no stove, but the ability to toast and microwave was just perfect (so I didn't have to cook). So we could have some easy snacks and light meals in. There is a stackable washer/dryer (i brought a few pods, but there is some detergent on site). Owner was VERY attentive and helpful ... we'll be coming back here next time we visit Chicago!

Nice little, well appointed, apartment. Could use a newer TV (not old box tv), but we were out and about most of the time. Had everything else we could have ever needed. Lots of tea options snd condiments.
