The space
This is a newly renovated single level cute and bright one bedroom apartment. It has one queen bed, one futon and smart TV. Kitchen is equipped with basic cooking ware, fridge, microwave, coffeemaker and etc. There is also a bonus room studio set up as a relaxing room or office.

Pet policy:
PETS are welcome to our vacation rental. There will be an additional $95 pet fee required for first dog and $25 for each additional dogs after first one. Our housekeeping need special cleaning procedures for our next guests after each pet check out.

Laundry:
We have a small laundry room on the back side of the building. It's shared with other 3 apartment guests. Please clean the dryer linens after each use. We love our guests to be friendly to each other.

We have 2 assigned free parking spaces for this apartment.
