Cozy, new, sleeps 6! Best location close to canyons!

Quaint older home reminiscent of earlier (perhaps 1950s) times. Would love to know the history of the house. Clean and well-kept. The front yard needs a bit of care, but even that didn't bother us. The small kitchen was well-stocked. Plenty of towels in the bathroom. Great place to stay while on the road--like a trip to grandpa and grandma's house.

Great location close to the ski areas, perfect space for our family and such a nice surprise with the welcome goodies on arrival. Jessica was incredibly responsive throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

We stayed there over Christmas for the kids to experience some snow and skiing. The property is very clean and offers all the comfort needed during a short stay. The location was perfect, we skiied at Alta, only 25min drive, Park City at Deer Valley which was 35min, and we enjoyed coming back to town to try different restaurants nearly, all within 5-7min drive. The owners were also very accommodating when we needed an earlier check in. Thanks!

This place was exactly as advertised. Very clean. Nicely appointed kitchen. Comfortable beds. On a slightly busy road, but no problem with street noise. Jessica was prompt and helpful with the one question we had upon arrival. Loved the proximity to beautiful hikes in the Big Cottonwood Canyon. Would definitely stay again.

Property was accurate to the listing photos, host was very responsive to any questions. Very quiet neighborhood and easy access to everywhere we wanted to go. Great stay!

Immaculately clean and new property, worked perfectly for our family of four on a ski week. Easy drive up the canyons to ski resorts and minutes from groceries and restaurants. Our host thought of every detail from hooks to hang ski gear to muffin mix so we had breakfast our first morning despite a late arrival time. We'll be back!

The very new and modern apartment has everything you need and has fantastic access to Big Cottonwood Canyon, shopping down the street and anything else in the SLC area. Super clean and very well stocked with dishes and cookware. Very comfortable beds and makes use of the space well.

Absolutely a wonderful experience! From accuracy in the description, to beautiful new rental, to yummy snacks waitiNg for us, and the location was perfect for us! We plan on staying there again and looking forward to a month long get away/visit with our kids next year at the same location! We better book fast!

The unit is very nicely done and new, perfect size for our family of 3 since many other places to stay in Cottonwood Heights are too big it's nice to have these apartments as a better alternative to the nearby hotels. The host is very very responsive and accommodating. Definitely recommend!

Description was perfect! Well equipped & comfortable. Cute balcony with view of the mountains. Would book again for another ski trip. Convenient to both the canyons and to the city. Hostess was very responsive to questions.
