Cozy neighborhood Apartment 10 minutes walking from Downtown

This property is located in Jalaltaco, a safe/quaint little cobblestone neighborhood, only 10 minutes away from downtown Oaxaca and the Andadero Turistico. The apartment is in good condition and Ricardo was great at responding when we had questions or needed help with something.

The property is located in the perfect location in one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Oaxaca City. The neighborhood has places to eat within a few fee. Loved the Love Cafè for breakfast in the morning, and just around the corner. I needed to do laundry, and found Rosy's laundry services from her house within a few houses on the same street. All is exceptional. Would stay there again.

Lived up to its billing. Easy entry. Responsive host. Nice street in a good part of town. There are some great but not well known restaurants nearby.

Property is in a great location. Close to the Zocalo and other many coffee shops and restaurants. Is located in one of the prettiest sides of Oaxaca City. Place is big enough for a group of 6. Is in a quite area. Property is clean, but bathrooms could use a little extra cleaning. Overall place is great!

Loved this apartment. Stayed from 7/17-7/24Apartment was cleaned, very good location. Walking distance to Zocalo. Ricardo was very helpful and accommodating since we needed an extra mattress, he added an extra bed instead!Really nice to provide a 5 gallon water jug for us. We were very confortable and felt safe walking home at night. Everything worked in the house. Patio was cute. Would stay again in this apartment!

Ricardo was awesome! We asked if he could arrange a car to pick us up from the airport and he came and picked us up himself. Great directions to downtown and restaurants. The apartment was fantastic. Roomy living/dining area was quite comfortable. If you like very firm beds, you will be quite happy! Location was the star here. Very cool neighborhood! Tons of street art and 10min walk to the Zocalo and all the cool restaurants. We will definitely stay here when we return!

The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood with beautiful murals at every turn. It is within walking distance to many tourists sites and restaurants for those who don’t mind 20 to 30 minute walks. It comfortably sleeps 5 adults and having 3 bathrooms was ideal for our group. The common areas aren’t as big as they look in pictures, but comfortable enough. Ricardo was receptive and provided the necessary information to access the apartment the week of our arrival. I would consider staying in this apartment again and would recommend it to friends and family.

We enjoyed our stay at Casa

We stayed 2 weeks during Day of the Dead and you could not have asked for a better location. Our street was quiet and the comparsas (parades) were far enough way that the noise did not bother us. Lots of cafes and restaurants around and about a 20 minute walk to the Zocalo. The owner, Ricardo, was responsive to any question or concern we had.

This apartment is close to the historic district but very quiet. The furnishings are comfortable and the area is a perfect location

Very well appointed and equipped apartment on a very quiet street in the famous barrio of Jalatlaco. Ricardo was very attentive as were his two cleaning ladies. We would very definitely stay here again and highly recommend it with no hesitation. in a wondeful barrio od Oaxaca.
