Loveland, Colorado
Welcome to Loveland, CO. You’ll enjoy a private entrance to a suite that has a luxurious bathroom, living/dining area, kitchenette, including all the tools you would need to make meals and coffee, a queen size bed with extra pillows and blankets and a smart tv for you to log into your entertainment apps and enjoy your favorite shows. There is a small desk in the closet for when you need to get some work done. Amenities include a clothes steamer, hair dryer, coffee/iced coffee maker, mini blender and toaster. You will be minutes away from downtown Loveland, 45 minutes away from the elk in historic Estes Park and just a few hours away from some of the best skiing/MTBing. There are multiple trails to hike, reservoirs/lakes to SUP and CSU is just a few miles north in the city of Fort Collins. The suite is attached to my house but it has its own separate, front door entrance and is separated by a wall. I have three dogs so you might hear some noise but we are all mostly quiet by 8 pm.
If you are looking for a place just to lay your head and sleep then this will work. It didn’t come with a normal size trash can which was extremely annoying. There is no way to turn the temperature up or down so it got hot in there. It takes about 15 minutes for hot water to turn on and even then it didn’t want to get hot at the sink in the bathroom. They must own a dog because you can hear it walking around and barking here and there. Lastly, after being out hiking all day it’s nice to come back and relax watching tv but the internet was spotty so even trying to watch tv was a chore.
My husband and I recently moved from CO to TN this summer, but our wedding was already booked 1.5 years in advance at a venue in Loveland for October 5th. Of course, this meant we now needed a place to stay for the week of our wedding and we found this adorable little suite. Tiffani was very helpful, easy to communicate with, and very generous. She got us a gift card to her favorite local coffee shop and even offered help in any way on the day of our wedding! The place was clean, private, easy to find, easy to get into, and close to everything. As people who really love animals, our favorite part was hearing the hens and ducks outside in their backyard all cackling with each other. It was such a sweet part of it for us! :) We highly recommend Tiffani's place and we will 100% stay here if we are ever back in Loveland!
Simple room, check in easy. The only issue is the bed. If fits in an alcove, so everyone sleeps on the same side of the bed. So it has a dip in it. Should be flipped, or replaced.
This was a nice room. However when we got there the area it was located was a little shady. Yard wasn’t well kept and so forth. As soon as we walked in my husband noted it looked as though the door had been kicked in before. Also the inside of the door looks like it’s never cleaned. The room smelled of cat urine. You share a wall and heating/cooling with owner and they have a dog in their residence you can hear. If you have pet allergies this is not the place for you. We could hear the owners through the wall. We contacted the owner about the smell because I have bad allergies and she quickly and politely responded and refunded me. ( she did deny a cat ever being in there, however cat pee is a distinct smell and either coming from that room or the main house). I am not leaving this review to bash the owners because she was kind. But I wish I would have known that there were pets in the main house.
This place was perfect for my stay with my daughter for her softball tournament. It was exactly as listed and had everything we needed for our week long stay. Communication with property owner was great as well. She was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again!
We loved staying in this house while we were in town for a friends wedding! Everything was clean and the house was easily accessible! The bed was so comfortable and we had plenty of room to store our belongings during our stay! 10/10⭐️
Wonderfully quiet, well prepared space, convenient base for excursions to parks, attractions and restaurants in Loveland and Fort Collins. Our host, Tiffani, was very thoughtful and accomodating.
I booked this property for my parents, who are in their 80’s. They enjoyed their stay very much. The bed was comfortable and they loved watching the chickens and duck. They did share some things that they missed. There wasn’t any coffee or washcloths. They also mentioned that they could have used an extra blanket.
The suite was immaculate, I really appreciated the special guest touches such as shampoo, conditioner lotions and especially the fluffy bathrobe. The bed was heavenly and was the perfect size for me. I felt safe and secure, everything worked, there was even popcorn and granola bars for a late night treat. This was my first experience using Vrbo, I couldn’t have been more pleased! Julie I.
Small, Clean, efficient. Easy access to and from car. Safe location.
We had a great time. Would stay again.
This studio has everything you need for a great stay. Roomy bathroom, comfy bed, and all the kitchen stuff needed to make basic meals. Also, it is located near lots of things to do in Northern Colorado or in the Rockies.
Was in the area for work. Stayed 2 nights. Property was very clean, quiet, and well thought out. Would book again in a heartbeat if I’m in the area. You will not be disappointed!
Very quiet, comfortable and clean. Good parking. Lovely bathroom/shower. Lots of thoughtful amenities and needs supplied. We especially enjoyed our late night popcorn snack!
