Stayed Dec 2, 2023Highly recommend! The place was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. It’s the lower level of their house but with private entrance and parking we felt very comfortable with the set up. A huge bonus was the home was completely decked out for Christmas! It was a lovely experience and reasonably priced.

Stayed Jul 23, 2023I needed a place to stay for a week and work remotely while my son was at a Mars Hill mountain biking camp. This place worked perfectly for me. It saved me the time and expense of an additional long drive back and forth to Florida, and I was able to work efficiently with the available WiFi. The property was clean, well stocked/equipped, and had a very nice view of the mountains out back.

Stayed Jan 27, 2023My wife and I spent a long weekend here and we enjoyed every moment of it. Great location great set up really enjoy having a whole downstairs area to ourselves with a entry from the back of the house. beautiful view we will stay here again for sure.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This studio was perfect for a weekend getaway to the Asheville area. It was spacious, convenient to downtown, and very comfortable. Our host Sharon clearly went to great lengths to ensure we had everything we needed, from coffee, bottled water, and ice in the kitchen to cotton swabs in the bathroom. Highly recommend!
