Stayed Aug 13, 2024Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I stayed here for a month, and upon arrival there were construction vehicles blocking the driveway that we were supposed to park on. The house was not very clean, as there were cockroaches (I bought roach spray,) and there were no cleaning supplies. After I gave the place a good clean and sprayed for roaches, we were comfortable. It was convenient that the studio had a dishwasher and washer/dryer. The biggest complaint that I have with this studio was that, because we were a block away from the beach, the street in front of the house was continually bombarded with people and loud bumping music ALL hours of the day and night. If you like to sleep, I would not recommend this VRBO. I am not exaggerating, as my wife and I were tired from a lack of sleep about 50% of our vacation. Overall, if I had to do it again and for the money that was spent for this VRBO, I would choose a different studio location.
