The home sits on a quiet residential street and overlooks a calm water channel that connects to the lake. Guests are welcome to fish, bring their own kayaks, or bring a boat. The property offers space to park a boat or trailer during your stay. Please note that equipment is not provided, and swimming is not permitted in the channel.

Other conveniences include contactless smart-lock entry, driveway parking for two vehicles with additional room for boat parking, street parking if needed, central air conditioning, reliable Wi-Fi, and easy access to Lake Wales dining, shopping, and local attractions. A car is required for getting around the area.

Please note: the homeowner resides in a separate, private unit on the ground floor. Your apartment is completely private with its own entrance. The owner is respectful of guests’ privacy and is available if anything is needed during your stay.
Check-in is after 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible depending on availability. Only registered guests are allowed on the property, and the home may not be used for parties, events, or gatherings. This is a quiet residential neighborhood, so guests must maintain quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM and be respectful of neighbors at all times.

Smoking and vaping are permitted outdoors and on the screened patio. Guests must dispose of all smoking materials properly and be mindful of open doors and windows to prevent smoke from entering the home. Smoking is not allowed inside the house.

The unit is located on the top floor and is accessed by a staircase. Children must be supervised at all times, especially near the water. The water behind the home is a lake-connected channel. Swimming is allowed at guests’ own risk. Guests may fish, bring their own kayaks, or use motorized watercraft, but equipment is not provided and all water activity is at your own risk.

Parking is available in the driveway for up to two vehicles, and street parking is also permitted. Guests are expected to keep the kitchen tidy, wash used dishes before checking out, and dispose of trash in the proper bins. Food should not be left unattended outdoors, as the area has wildlife including birds and insects.

Because the home is near water and surrounded by nature, guests may encounter insects or wildlife. Doors should be kept closed to prevent pests from entering the home, and guests should never feed wildlife.

Please treat the property with care and report any damage or maintenance needs as soon as possible so they can be addressed promptly. By booking, guests agree to follow all house rules, local laws, and platform policies.
